I have asked for a refund of at least part of my payment and was told I have to purchase an insurance product for an additional $129.95. Very disappointed. I had great faith that this company would stand by their product; however, they did not.
The plants arrive healthy with strong roots. Shipping tends to damage the top growth due to rough handling of the boxes. I highly recommend the purchase of the insurance.
There customer service help with all my questions and if I had a problem they took care of it right away. I recommend them I had a couple trees that didn't make the shipping and they were replaced right away.
Overall I experienced fantastic customer service!
The tree came dead and upside and when I called they said they can't do anything.
We're so sorry to hear how your plants arrived! Shipping stress can cause plants to wilt and drop leaves but almost always make a full recovery! Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it begins to decline and we'll ship a new one!
So I bought 20 trees and only 18 made it. I asked for the other two but never got an answer back. I also bought 9 hydrangeas and three of them, the most expensive, are dying days after the delivery. It is hit/miss.
No expedited shipping- plants taking too long to get to me- dead when they come. Can't handle the heat of summer in a box for 7 days.

I bought a 3 gallon monstera and a 1 gallon parlor palm. I was very impressed with the way they were packaged. Both arrived healthy and gorgeous. I've ordered online plants before, and these were by far the most robust and more mature than I've gotten anywhere else
Customer service is impeccable. We had a tree that didn't make it and they replaced it with no issues.
I contacted the company after four of my tiny trees died. No hesitation about replacing them and I received them within a few days.
Trees arrived in good shape I was a little concerned about one but once I planted it and watered it a few days it looks great. Very excited to see my 7 crape myrtles grow on both sides of my house and the 4 arborvitae I planted along a fence for privacy. I will probably order more arborvitae in the fall for some areas in the rear of my property.
I have ordered trees/shrubs for myself, my sister and now my son's new home. The plants and trees are beautifully packed and arrive quickly. They are healthy and have always grown successfully! I love giving a long lasting gift that makes people think of me and will beautify their home for many years!
I never ordered plants online before but decided to give it a go. The plants arrived on time carefully packaged and they are now planted in my backyard. The company sent emails regarding delivery and followed up by email to make sure they arrived.
My first tree came damaged and did not survive. It got delivered to the wrong address? (my neighbors house) I think it got shuffled around to much. When calling to get a replacement i was informed that i did not take out the 1 year insurance guarantee on the tree. Thought that it would be insured for 1 yr, Read all the information before deciding to purchase. Had to pay extra for the tree but the new tree came and it has survived. They do have nice trees and thats why i decided to purchase another one. Customer service was helpful.
My pine trees arrive late and dry/brown. I try to revive them but at the end I just waste my money.
The first time my trees were sent to me they were broken. I let customer service know and they resent the trees but then FedEx delivery was horrible and the trees were broken again. So the company sent the trees a third time and the third time was a charm. The trees arrived beautifully and look great.
Tree arrived safely and well packaged except it was not the container expected. Expected burlap rap but was hard plastic container. As a result caused extra handling and root ball came apart.
Also, do not like all the emails following - I only wanted one tree nothing else.
I ran into an issue with one of my trees I purchased being damaged during shipment. The customer service team took care of the issue immediately. It gives me confidence when ordering more plants that I am doing business with a well run and reputable company.
Excellent product, delivered on time. Good planting instructions. Will need to wait and see how well trees grow.
I ordered two of these trees and one came some broken branches. I sent them pictures and they automatically sent me a new one. I didn't have to talk to anyone or have to explain why they were damaged upon arrival. Truly outstanding customer service
