My order has never arrived, and you can not get anyone to help you. Could not give a zero star rating.
The knife portion was damaged, so I assume it was dropped before it was packaged. The advertising video claims and shows a fire starter attached to the bottom portion that was missing completely an replaced by a crappy little phillips head screw driver! Also, I paid for the insured an priority shipping an still it took almost two months to receive in the mail. Difficult to track the package as well.
I made my order in July. Until now I have no idea where is my order. Very bad! The contact service provided snide responses to my repeated requests and never answered on a simple question - where is my order and when shall I receive it! It seems to be fraud shop.
I ordered the multi tool shovel. When it arrived, the locking nut that holds the shovel blade in place didn't work which makes the shovel useless. I sent multiple inquiries. They said that they would look into it, but never did anything. Don't deal with this firm!
Just like the other reviews they took months to send me two cheap shovels that were nothing like what was advertised. I called and they stated they would check with the shipping company. Never heard back. $150 for two $5 shovels.
Goods ordered and did not arrive. Wrote multiple emails and they either said that they are checking with their logistics team or no reply.
Ordered the military shovel. They send fake link of courier transit.
They keep delaying it by replying with email saying they will contact courier or due to coronavirus there are delays.
By that time you cannot get bank to refund your money and nothing they can do.
Stay away from these Israeli scammers.
Bought the spade in June 2020. The website promised to deliver within 2 weeks but didnot arrived after 10 weeks. That was with so many chasing and emails. The product came from China and the trader didnot know how to trace the product for deliver when asked.
The Supplier forwarder email was wrong.
To make matters worse it was during Covid-19 and they should have known this issue in advance.
Product came without any manual and instruction and warrantee.
It is definitely NOT value for money product to get.
I want my money back please!

This company brags ofgreat products. The folding shovel broke on the first use. No way to contact the company only E Mail and they dont respond

Order an item at the end of Feburary and never received it, no help from the company and they won't refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS

I ordered my two survival shovels in December 2019 and still do not have them in July 2020. The company is a fraud, or at least so pathetic that no one should do business with them. I checked before I ordered and the company seemed legitimate, but they are not so spread the word. They hardly respond to my track order messages and never do anything about it.
I finally did receive the shovel yesterday. Had not checked my mailbox. It seems ok, but there are better ones for less money. Always trust AMAZON! It did take a long time and I thought I had been scammed like in the comments below but they arrived. Can't figure out how to attach the screwdriver attachments, so a user guide would be nice, but not bad for a starter tool I guess.
I ordered a survival shovel in April they took my money and never delivered the shovel! I kept emailing them over and over again with excuses on their end that it's held up in customs From China which they also falsely advertise that part as well! Worst! Now their not responding at all that I've asked for my money back ASAP!
Bought 2 multipurpose folding shovels in March of 2020.
They took $150 out of my account & never sent the products. Sent them multiple inquiry emails with no valid response. Beware, this is NOT a United States company. All inquiries I sent were to Israel.
Again, this company is a FRAUD!
