Already booked my flight for New York CIty but on the day travel i couldn't catch my flight and when i tried to call the support it was being on hold for a long time. Allow me let you know how remarkable professional travel is. Whilst traveling, i obtained a textual content from the airline saying my flight became behind schedule. I was going to miss my connection, so i referred to as travomint and the agent switched my flight to attach thru a specific city. When I arrived on the gate, that flight changed into behind schedule! I known as once more, and the agent switched me to a specific airline, connecting via a unique town, and that i got to my final vacation spot without a troubles. All the different passengers on my formerly booked flights had been scrambling to make different arrangements on their very own, even as i made a easy phone call and travomint treated it for me. How amazing, and pressure-loose.

The great deal I had by travomint and good support service I received while doing booking stuff and cleared all my query. They arranged everything was perfectly fine and I faced no issue and was a perfect trip for me. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Travomint help me in cancel my flight ticket easily. From that day I usually book my flights through travomint.

At this point I'm convinced Travomint is scamming me and has stolen my money. Stay away from this company. I had to cancel a flight to Europe in early June because of Covid. A refund was promised (the ticket was Over $1,500). Over 4 months later, countless phone calls, and countless promises in every call that the "refund department is looking into it" and that I will get a refund "within one week or ten days," and after telling me to call some refund department that is a different company that does not even answer the phone, I've reported the scam to my credit card company, as I feel helpless and ignored (that is, robbed) by Travomint.

The reason why you see so many people complaining about needing to provide additional information to Travomint like IDs and flights changing last minute is because the flights they advertise are FAKE.
After you purchase a flight through them, they use a separate card to purchase actual tickets on your behalf. This is why you also see complaints for the length of time it takes to get purchase/itinerary confirmation.

I purchased 2 round trip tickets for $1125. 50 on an airline, that I later found out, doesn't even fly to the destination I booked the ticket for (Silver Airways). A travomint rep told me they were owned by Delta (which is false) - so I called Delta and after a very long conversation with a customer service rep, she found my passenger information for a flight that had been purchased with a Visa card (not mine, I used AMEX) for $286.80 each. I was upcharged $551.90. The flights that had been booked for me had been cancelled, Travomint refuses to refund me, and Delta can only refund the amount the ticket was paid for and to the card it was paid for by. So, here we are.
