Abholung vom Flughafen war verspätet. Das Auto war zu klein, sodass der Kinderwagen im. Innenraum transportiert werden musste. Ausserdem war der Fahrer spät dran. 15 min mussten wir warten.
Außerdem war kein Kindersitz dabei, obwohl vorher 2 mal bestätigt.
Vom Hotel wurden wir 30min später abgeholt als vereinbart. Kindersitz wieder nicht dabei. Dafür war das Auto entsprechend größer...

Die versprochenen Leistungen und die Pünktlichkeit müssten verbessert werden.

I did a reservation at Transfer Antalya. For a transfer from Antalya airport to Kemer and back
After filling in the webform I got a response within an hour. Very fast. Cost of the transfer is cheap, when looking at similar services. 1 day before departure back to Antalya Airport, I did a request to change the pickuptime 30 minutes earlier.
Again i got a response within an hour. As requested the pickuptime was changed,
Fast, cheap and flexible.

I would recommend this service to others.

We travelled to Side at the beginning of July. We had ordered transportation and also child seat(s) for children. When we arrived there was someone to meet us but it was not the driver. It was someone who could not really speak english and was there to tell our transportation was 15 minutes late. (Our flight was exactly on time.) At the end I think we had to wait for 30 minutes. As we took off the driver pulled of at the first gas station to fill the tank and next to get some tea. (Our 1,5 years son was not too happy with the stops, as you can imagine.) Rest of the trip went smoothly.
Our trip back was another adventure. About 10 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up we received a message saying that the driver was 10 minutes late. At the end we were 20 minutes late that meant the driver being late had already taken the marginal we had counted. The driver was were good and delivered us on time at the airport and in one piece. On the return there was no child seat in the car as opposed to the way from the airport.
Also, the cars that picked us up were something else than shown on the website. They were quite old, but yes they did have a/c.
Drivers were nice, polite and good once they arrived.

All super nice and was the first driver was very cool.
The car was good and comfortable, and the driver were perfect solution test site. Keep up congratulations!

Afgelopen weekend gebruik gemaakt van deze service en dat is prima bevallen. Je wordt opgehaald en voor de deur van bestemming afgezet voor een prima prijs en in een goede auto. Jammergenoeg spreekt de chauffeur geen Engels, dat is misschien wat ongezellig als je alleen bent en een eind moet rijden. Antalya Airport naar Alanya centrum rijden ze in ongeveer 1.45 uur. Enig nadeel vinden wij het telefoongebruik van de chauffeur, continu gaat zijn telefoon en is hij aan het bellen. Naast dat het wat ongezellig overkomt is het best gevaarlijk, daar zou dus een verbeterpuntje van gemaakt kunnen worden. Wij hadden een supergoede chauffeur want vanuit het niets kwam er een groep van 5 grote honden de weg op lopen en de chauffeur wist door de drukte op de weg de honden toch te ontwijken, even schrikken was het, maar zeer goed gehandeld!

Absolutly fantastic, couldnt fault this company at all. Driver was waiting outside the airport as promised with a sign and took us promptly to our hotel. Transport was very comfortable and fully air conditioned.
We gave the driver wrong info for return transfer but just called up and changed it whilst we were on holiday and he picked us up for our return no problem. Very resonable fairs aswell considering our hotel was an hour away from the airport
Would definatly use agin when i come to turkey next
