Your materials have proven to be effective almost immediately. The advice is simple and, despite seeming counter-intuitive in some ways, effective. It is difficult to change the behaviour of my family and myself toward our pet, but that seems to be the key. Thank you!

Yay! I finally have a step by step and very clear directions on how to train my sweet poodle. FULL of fantastic tips... Great for those of us who continually believe we're not "good enough" to be an alpha and successfully raise the "perfect" pup! This is a no brainer, y'all! I'm a teacher... and this gets an A+!

Read some of it of the groomers. But wasnt able to purchase what I wanted. So not much help from me.

I found the information provided of the Pug breed to be very helpful + informative to understanding the Pugs breeds character and the tips for training very helpful and the grooming manual a great wealth of information which I can refer to when needed thanks for all the help and look forward to any more up dates of this extraordinary breed.
