I called to enrol my dog Hank in a puppy training course and was pleasantly surprised to get a person and not a machine. Wendy explained the program, and asked me questions about my dog. As promised, I was sent a list of training tips that Hank and I have been practising.
I did reply to an email asking me to but I'm assuming no one read it as I'd not had a reply. What it said was - " when I saw the advert it said it was for a free 30 days hints and tips with no mention of needing to sign up and pay for a course". My email further said "it becomes free if you are not completely satisfied you get a full refund". This is not what free means. I would have looked at the course as an option but not now. I have also I've no doubt their subscribers are happy with the product but for me I like upfront honesty
It was AMAZING to meet and talk with Sally. She was so helpful, especially with giving me ideas to help my one daughter learn to train dogs and then with my other daughter to find a 4-H program for horses. She is amazing and so helpful.

I had just watched the "heel" video on the website and recognized Sally's voice, so we chatted about how she used different dogs in the videos to help us see ways to do things differently depending on our dog. I loved her use of "leave it" and will go look for the video for that.
