When I simply ignore his conduct, he ceases in a very short period of time, like you mentioned. Also, simply complimenting him and saying excellent has worked wonders. I don't know if it helped or made a difference for anyone else, but it did for me. Thank you for the free advise and recommendations. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to have something like this.
