I like your information about not scolding him due to it being just attention from a pups point of you. I also tried the put his paws down when he jumped on me and told him a firm no. Then when he sat, I praised him for doing the right thing. I also noticed him biting and I clapped my hands once loudly and he stopped and I said no to that too. It worked!!

I have found the tips amazingly useful they were presented so easily for me to understand and I started using them immediately with my dog and started to see results. Thank you so much.

I recieved the first two emails. The tips seem to be working great especially the one that keeps her from jumping up on me. After a few turns when she jumps on me and I turn away she gets off then sits and wait till I responds. Thanks again.

So far the tips have been working. When he jumps on me I do look the other way and he does jump down as a response. Were slowly getting a little bit better. I know it takes time but so far so good. Your tips are helpful and amazing. THANK YOUUUUU!!!!!

The tip that he craves attention above all else has helped in numerous ways from barking, to biting, to learning commands. It is great to know he craves attention over treats. Very useful.

I have been reading these emails and doing the best I can to follow all the steps, AND IT HAS WORKED. he has became a better dog within a week of me using these methods. He hasn't been jumping as much, hasn't been going to the bathroom in the house as much, and overall listens to commands better. So thank you very much.

The course so far has been very helpful to me. This is my first time owning a Boerboel and it was hectic handling Sniper at first but with the help of the tips from you, I'm doing great now. Daddy was amazed how Sniper obeyed my sit command when he got back from work today.

I have been enjoying your emails. You've got Blue's personality figured out!! I am in process of getting Blue trained, but I do not think this trainer understands the border collie. I am about ready to unhire him. Most of his techniques simply do not work on this dog. So your insights are invaluable!

I am really happy the behavior of my dog now...the basic lessons in your two emails really worked..Now my dog doesn't go to toilet in it's kennel any more but in my backyard.....my dog is now stopping it's jumping behavior..thank you.

Yes I did receive your tips and we tried out the ignoring bad behavior when she was nipping my daughter. I had my daughter turn her bad and ignore her and then Ellie just kinda stopped and looked. Then when she laid down after that to get her toy, my daughter bent down and then petted her and told her she was a good girl. I do look forward to all your tips.

Thanks for the tips I can tell you that just for the past two day my dog discipline is changing for better. Have been practicing the ignoring trick once he starts his jumping etc .Now every time he jumps at me I ignore and then he sits waiting for my little pat and scratch on his head. Its a tremendous trick. Once again I appreciate your time and concern.
