The day I received the incorrect part, June 9, I sent an email explaining I received the wrong part when using the pictures on the website as the guide/standard. You all didn't respond with a "sorry" or anything at all. There are far too many options out there for me to consider ever dealing with you again.

Good, packaging should have been better, as the brakes look like they got rattled around a bunch. Springs and studs were loose in box and luckily no parts fell out of the holes in the box on the delivery truck. I grabbed the box off of my step and a stud fell out of the box.
I placed an online order and all items showed as in stock. The following day I was told there was a 7-10 day back order. I was not contacted after 10 days so I contacted them and was told the back order was a couple more weeks. I asked why it still showed as in stock on the website. I was told because they can normally order it quickly. In stock means you have it in stock. Not that you can order it quickly. And obviously you can't order it quickly because I've already waited 10 days and you are Now telling me 2 more weeks to ship it. I'm not talking about delivery time, I'm talking about time to ship my order they charged me in full for. A reputable company wouldn't show an item in stock without it being in stock. If there was an error and they couldn't find it and it was back ordered, they'd update the site to show as back ordered. Do not buy from this company. Waste of time.
It was easy to find the parts I needed and the quality is fine.
