Built a complete set of 4 38" Patagonia tires and Moto Metal wheels for my Gladiator. Great price and communication with getting the proper sensors. Received notification when my set shipped. Arrived within a week and was very well packaged on a pallet. Would absolutely purchase from them again with no hesitation.

I got wheels that didn't fit they had interference with brake caliper mounts. I'm waiting for return info to be cleared so I can order a set that fits properly.

I really needed these mirrors because I tow wide trailers and the original mirrors aren't suitable for that. I'm very happy with the mirrors I received. Installation was easy and took less than an hour. It's great that even the international shipping went smoothly. I wouldn't have been able to find them in Germany. These mirrors aren't available here.

Needed a Replacement Rim for my 2005 Ford Excursion with a 6in. Lift. Found Trailbuilt on the web and they had my size in stock and at $50 less than other sites for similar style... They shipped it out fast and got me back on the road... If I need something else soon, I will be checking with Trailbuilt first... Thanks

Ordered 5 wheels, arrived in just a few days, still waiting on the tpms sensors, lug nuts, and over priced o rings that shipped a day or two ago and won't be to my home till Monday at the earliest. Got the wheels, tires, but waiting on the other products to complete the job. Thought it would be shipped together. I guess I thought wrong. I think it would be a good idea to let people know the items won't be shipped together and their could be a delay. No, im not happy.

I saw the exact same Eibach Pro lift priced around $1,250 but got charged over $1,500.
Ride quality is NOT nearly as good as I hoped it would be. Not bad i just hoped it would be less stiff.
My truck does look great with the kit installed and it was fairly easy to install, the provided instructions were easy to follow.

Customer service was outstanding - Damien was my customer service rep - 10 out 0f 10. I received the rims and tires 3 weeks after ordering them. Our winter in South East Indian was snowy and cold and I Finally put the wheels and tires on my Gladiator - I just noticed that a couple of the rims have some imperfections in the paint which is disappointing other then that no issues.

Great experience customer service was good. Wheels and tires showed up when they said. And no complaints it's nice to order a complete set up ready to bolt on.

My experience was phenomenal i had a idea of what size i was looking for and was nice to see the options i had to choose from. Ordered them on Thursday and showed up a few days later.

Spoke with the sales rep and he walked me through everything to raise my jeep

I would like to express how happy I was with the purchasing process but the website didn't allow me to select the sidewall that I wanted facing out (Radar Renegades have two specific sidewalls). The day after I ordered my wheels and tires, I sent an email to customer service asking for the specific setup that I wanted and I received an email saying it would be taken care of. It took 21 days to receive my package and the first thing I noticed was that they were mounted with the wrong sidewall. Customer service instructed me to take them to a local shop and have them remounted. I spent $250 but customer service only covered $150. The shop I went to damaged the wheels and the paint started peeling. TB customer service first told me they could not do anything to help me because I had them remounted with another shop, and it was past their 30-day return policy seeing that it took 21 days for me to receive the delivery. After stating the fact that they were damaged because they were not mounted correctly, they said they could reimburse me $25 to buy a paint pen on amazon and they would send me a hoodie. After declining that they said they could send out a new wheel and tire but three of my wheels were damaged but they would only send out one wheel if and only if I had not driven on the tires. Trail built's website does not cover any issues like mine in their return policy. Now after 45 emails they are telling me my only option is a partial refund of $75 and a hoodie.

Great Service, Easy to work with, and Fast shipping!
My only regret is not going with bigger tires. Next time I guess.
