On 13 Feb 2026 I ordered Honor Magic 8 Pro 16GB/1TB Global HK from EU Warehouse (Order IZGETVCYK).
Key facts:
16 Feb: Seller status "Shipping provider handed over"
23 Feb: Agent Li-Ming T. Assured in writing: "It's within EU – it does not come from China :)"
24 Feb: DPD Poland officially confirmed: "The parcel has not been dispatched in DPD network, we do not have this parcel."
DPD also confirmed the tracking **************) is routed to Spain, not Greece.
Seller claimed delay due to Greek address – false: I changed to full English on 14 Feb and informed them same day.
Same agent offered on 24 Feb: "If not shipped, we can directly refund you the money and cancel the order."
No photo of package, no IMEI, no serial number, no proof of correct item after 12 days.
This is clear misleading advertising and non-delivery. I demand immediate full refund of €1,037.
I will update with outcome.

I haven't received a phone call for 25 days, after 30 days they wrote that they will make a refund, 7 days have passed, 0 replies and no refund

Denken Sie 10 Mal nach, bevor Sie mit diesem Unternehmen zusammenarbeiten. Zum Beispiel wurde mein Konto gesperrt, weil ich eine angemessene Rückerstattung forderte. Mir wurde angeboten, 15% (80€) des Preises des Artikels an Paypal zu überweisen. Stellen Sie sich die Frage, ob Sie so etwas schon einmal erlebt haben.

This is the worst online shop.
Very bad service. Slow communication. They do not know what they have on stock. I ordered one phone after so many messages they offered to change the color because they didn`t have blue. After they change the color they totally changed the device parameters.
After two weeks of mails going back and forth i canceled the order. Lets see when they will return the money.

Keep your money and stay away from them.
