Avoid TradingShenzhen, Unless You Want Problems
February 11, 2026

If something can be wrong, you'll find it at TradingShenzhen. I will keep updating this review.

HIDING LIMITATIONS/DEFECTS, BLOCKING CANCELLATION <24H, OBSTRUCTING RETURNS AND NO RETURN ADDRESS, THREATS ABOUT FEES AND PRESSURE (ALSO DURING CHARGEBACK), "EU DELIVERY" BUT RETURN TO CHINA + 80 EUR.

Date: 11.02.2026

I strongly discourage buying from TradingShenzhen. My experience looks like systematic obstruction of cancellation and returns, shifting responsibility to the customer—apparently to "trap" you in their return terms and charge additional fees (80 EUR).

1. No real option to cancel the order (within 24h)
I requested cancellation/withdrawal in less than 24 hours, and the store immediately claimed it was "not possible because it was shipped." I did not receive credible proof that the parcel had actually been handed over to the carrier, and tracking indicated the shipment only truly started moving about 5 days later. To this day, they have not provided evidence that the parcel had already been shipped at the time I asked to cancel. This looked like an excuse rather than transparent information.

2. Hidden defects/limitations for EU use (critical, omitted or not clearly explained)
This concerns a OnePlus 15. The listing did not clearly state that it was the Chinese (CN) version, not Global/EU, nor did it clearly explain the consequences of that choice. After purchase and my own research, it turned out the device may have important limitations/differences compared to EU/Global versions, and the listing did not describe these clearly and in detail. For many users in Europe, these are critical day-to-day issues, for example:

* possible regional limitations and functional differences vs EU/Global distribution,
* risk of issues with Google services / certification (Play Protect),
* possible problems with contactless payments (Google Wallet/NFC) if the device does not fully meet security/compliance requirements,
* possible VoLTE/VoWiFi issues depending on the carrier,
* potential differences/limitations of LTE/5G bands in Europe,
* DRM/Widevine issues (e.g., streaming quality) that can be problematic with imports,
* uncertainty/lack of clarity regarding real-world eSIM support.

The store's position is essentially that this is "OK" and the customer should "check it themselves." For me, this is not an acceptable standard for selling into the EU.

3. Avoiding answers, no clear return procedure, and forcing me to accept the delivery
For over a week I asked for basics: return address, RMA, procedure, costs and deductions. Instead of specifics, I received vague responses. When I asked for the return address, the answer was: "contact us after you receive the parcel." At the same time, I was pressured to accept the delivery, and when I considered other options, I was threatened with high fees if I did not accept the package. Now I understand why that pressure was so strong—after delivery they have a mechanism to add costs, including 80 EUR.

Customer support was very rude and not substantive—instead of answering questions, it felt like I was being "pushed through" the process on their terms.

4. Pressure and threats about costs + threats during chargeback
Instead of clear support, there were messages about "breach of contract," suggestions like "you will lose chargeback," and threats about "penalty fees from your bank." On top of that, there were vague statements like "restocking fees may apply" without clear amounts and conditions. When I started a chargeback process, there were more threats instead of a clear, factual explanation and an orderly return process.

5. After delivery: sudden 80 EUR fee and return to China (despite "EU delivery")
The product is delivered in the EU, but the return is ultimately to China. After I received the parcel (device unopened, unused), the store demanded 80 EUR "withdrawal fee," explaining it as transport to China and "dangerous goods"—even though my unit was not opened, and they still tried to charge this fee. They also wanted an additional payment via PayPal to a specified email address. They also claimed the device was "used," which is not true.

Summary
Lack of transparency, contradictory communication, blocking cancellation, forcing me to accept the delivery, avoiding answers to basic questions (address/procedure), and finally trying to charge 80 EUR even for an unopened device. In my opinion, the store hides important information about devices and then makes returns as difficult as possible, trying to push costs onto the customer. Not recommended.
