Shipped very fast and seller was very responsive. I love these shorts, which are the perfect summer staple.
I purchased a swimsuit. I was a bit surprised at how long it took to ship my item. The seller contacted me explaining the shipping envelope from Tradesy took longer than normal to receive. It came about a week and a half later than I expected. When it came I noticed a small hole in the bikini top where the stitching failed to grab both pieces of fabric. I can fix but I don't recall seeing it listed as an issue.
Always great. I can count on Tradesy to describe items correctly, and accurately!
I ordered extra large rayban aviator sunglasses for myself to enjoy. I kept receiving messages from the seller telling me that they were going to have to cancel my purchase and give me a refund. They never mailed the sunglasses until June 1,2021. When I received the sunglasses they are not at all XL aviator rayban sunglasses. I'm so disappointed. I want a full refund. And a shipping label to mail back these fake sunglasses. Thank you

We encourage sellers to accurately list their items, and in cases that a buyer feels it was not accurately described they can file a return as a misrepresentation claim within 4 days of delivery. If it is deemed misrepresented by our returns team we will issue a refund to the original payment source.
Once you have requested the return, next you'll receive an automated email from the Tradesy Returns team requesting photos of your return item. Be sure to reply with all the suggested angles and views mentioned in the email.
Once the Returns Team has reviewed the photos they will continue with opening the return so that you can send it back to Tradesy. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label as well.

Tragedy was easy to use, understandable, and sent just enough emails to let me know where my order was at without cluttering my inbox. The dress I ordered had pictures of the model wearing it off the rack. The dress that I got had a big rip on the side and along the back. Lucky for me they're both along the seam and I know how to patch them up, but the inside of the dress also has a stain which makes me question if it was cleaned before being sent. For the price I paid I would much prefer not receiving a used/damaged good, but that's what I get for not adding the buyer insurance

I purchaed a used wallet that showed minimum damage in the photo, but when I received the wallet it was perfect. None of that "damage" was visible. Also my package came from Japan in just a few days, it was so fast!
Ordered Hermes watch from supposedly reputable seller. Advised seller need watch before going out of town. Seller ships 600.00 watch with USPS. USPS tracking does not update for 4 days finally after multiple messages seller goes to USPS to find out what is going on and guess what they have no idea where it is. Worst communication from seller and Tradesy Customer service is no better, only got concerned after i filed a dispute with credit card company, still waiting for item or 10 days to lapse before I get a refund. NEVER and I mean NEVER again will I purchase from this company.

Answer: Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. If you question TRADESY, they will shut your account down, and they do so WITHOUT even talking to you. Bunch of Bullies! Find an alternative. I AM IN THE MIST OF COMMENCING CLASS SUIT ACTION. THEY NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON!
Answer: They advertise a strict selling policy of authentic and accurate descriptions for listing. If by chance an item received is questionable, they have a review process to protect the buyer unlike many other sites out there.
Answer: It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
Answer: Yep. Tradesy are infamous for holding your money! They will also refund a sale without any communication with the seller, they don't even tell you why. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!
Answer: Don't ever do business with Tradesy ever! Learned my lesson. Bought a Chanel bag that doesn't look like anything they showed. I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. I finally disputed it with the credit card company. Tradesy almost ripped me off of my $1,600

Answer: Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
Answer: I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices. Answer: I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.
