My first time meeting Mr. Convergence, and he certainly has proven to me - in only one session - why he has such a nomenclature. I say this because - although I do not see myself as a professional trader - I certainly do not consider myself a novice or beginner (pro-am, perhaps). In just one short session, not only were we able to quick-fire a LOT of foundational Q&A's (to establish both my background and the direction for my future); he left me with the feeling (and homework to substantiate that feeling) that we've only touched on "the tip of the iceberg" - even after establishing that I have learned a lot over the years through trial by fire, so to speak (we're talking broken wing butterflies, ratio spreads, etc.) I VERY MUCH look forward to our next sessions!

I had joined the program with a lifetime membership early on. I was mostly interested in dark pool data since I am already a trader. It was not of the nature that I thought and after giving it a try I asked for a refund. They countered with a 20% discount, and an extension of the 90 day refund time to a full year. Then they said I would get premium alerts and white glove service. The Premium alerts were never received by me, and no gloves at all. After giving it some more time to try to figure out what they really did that would be of use, I realized, nothing that I could use. So I went back and asked for the refund of the additional 80% like they promised. That is when they went dark and silent. After going back and forth with e-mails and excuses and promises of forwarding it to the infamous refunds dept. I finally wrote a bad review to warn others. I kept sending a few more text and e-mails asking if the refund would ever really be sent. I finally got a reply that they would start making payments starting in January of the next year. This was summer of 2023 when it all happened. I then recently got the e-mail spelling out I would get $500 a month for a half year to pay me back. Just now today, Dec. 20,2023, I received a call form Tony, Trade Algo Head of Customer Relations. He offered to speed up the refund to $500 today and every other day for the next 6 payments. Let me keep the lifetime membership for the trouble. I said I would give an updated review and lay out the fairness of this offer. I understand they have been going through private funding rounds before trying to go public. I get it. Cash is a big thing. I also realize they are new, young and going through growing pains. For them to see the negative reviews about refunds they promised and finally act on them is an acceptable business choice they finally have made and even thought eh data is not what I personally was looking for, I have sat in on the live trading in the morning and listened and watched them give advice to newer traders and can admit that they are doing the best a person can do in this difficult market to help people make profitable trades. So though I gave a bad review over refund policy, i did not give a bad review over their advice and training and at this time I am more than satisfied with the outcome of the refund process. I would say, of the various different companies offering services to younger or newer traders, they seem to be offering products and growing at an acceptable pace.
