I've been a member of Trade Algo for about a month and everyone I have had contact with has been extremely helpful, starting from the sales reps Paul and Jacob. I have learned a great deal from Brian, Ross, and Dane and have started making profitable trades. Liam, Trade Algo's customer service rep called today to ensure everything was going well. He answered all my questions with precision. Thank you Trade Algo team. Your program has been well worth the investment.

Don will Trade Algo called me today out of the blue and asked how I was doing on the platform of Trade Algo. I I shared that my experience was limited on the platform, so he introduced trade GPT to me for the first time. I was somewhat familiar with chat.open ai.com. Don showed me types of questions that could be asked to trade GPT. He also asked me to go to settings, which I could not do to reasons unknown to both of us. So he stated he would have support. Call me after they have had time to adjust my platform. I would like to thank Don for give me a call to give me a start on the platform. He was most patient and professional. I look forward to hearing from Dan in a couple days as he said he would follow up to see how I was doing. Thank you.

UPDATE: I finally got my money back!

After 12 months, I was finally able to get a full refund by submitting a complaint to my state's attorney general. The AG's office contacted TradeAlgo and "after a comprehensive review" by TradeAlgo, they refunded the card on file -- all within two days! I was then contacted by TradeAlgo saying they had "changed management" and since they had refunded me, they offered me a $75 Amazon gift card to take down this review. I refused so I could leave this up and help anyone else who is still trying to get their money back. Contact your state's AG!

DON'T FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS! Trade Algo (aka Trade Alliance, TA Fintech) knows how to run out the clock on complaints and chargebacks by promising extended refunds. They also pad their reviews by begging members to post here (see screenshot). I bought a subscription which included a "6 months money back guarantee, no questions asked." The service didn't perform as expected so I requested cancellation and a refund within the allotted timeframe. They replied that it was a "rare" request and immediately offered an upgrade to a "Platinum" service with a 12-month money-back guarantee. I gave them another chance but remained unsatisfied. I emailed them multiple times to cancel but their Refunds Department never responded within 72 hours as promised. Calls either went to an answering service who took my information and said "someone will contact you" or directly to a recording saying it would take 45 days for refunds to be processed. These were also lies as no one ever called or emailed me except to pitch their pre-IPO. When I said I was not interested and was waiting for a refund, they promised someone would call me the next day. Months later, I'm still waiting...

I signed up with TradeAlgo in October 2023 with a monthly subscription. By January 2024 I changed my subscription to yearly using just a small portion of the profits I made following their alerts. Some are swing trade alerts from several great analysts and if you day trade I highly recommend following Brian Mitchell in his room Day Trade with Brain. I'm amazed by this guy. I recovered my cost 5X over just following the alerts. Another option is their Dark Pool Dashboard where you get early insight into where the smart money is moving. They have great videos to show you how to use the Dark Pool to give you an advantage with your trading. Most important, everyone at TradeAlgo is always there to help you with training and any questions you have.

Training, analysis, trade ideas and data all on one spot. Trade analyst are really awesome during live trading sessions.

Brian should really copywrite his market edumacational(sic) ideas. He may speak quickly, but he jams more information into his sessions that you can shake a stick at! I'm just a newbee, but he's got me gut-hooked and I can't escape. Learning more than I bargained for. Now my wife is complaining that I listen more closely to Brian than I do to her. Told her that if she could teach me to make $$$ like Brian does, I'd listen to her more closely. As you can expect, that didn't go over well.
