They are great to shop at, baby, and kids stuff are great. Just they a little to expensive

I bought several items from here about 2-3 months ago. But some of what I got was incorrect and I was missing other items. So I contacted them. They refunded me for items that were out of stock and reshipped the incorrect items. However, I got the same thing the second time. But normally, they are great to do business with.

Wide variety of toys and wide variety of prices. Since they combined with Babies r Us it hasn't been as nice to shop there. Those are
2 different categories of stores and should stay separate. The baby section is actually more thorough than the toys.

What a great store! We took the kids there when we were in Idaho Falls, ID, and store was closing in 30 minutes. The workers that were there were super helpful, were joking with our kids, and even made a page to one of our daughters to embarrass her! It was so fun and worth the 60-minnute drive!

Another antiquated business that needs you to create yet another marginal internet account instead of using top-level single sign on SSO providers e.g. Google, Facebook

The kids love it, secretly I love it. They have every toy for every age group (even the adults). Get involved

Toys 'r' us seems to value their customers! They deliver promptly and deliver non-damaged merchandise.

Had an issue with an order and their online customer service sorted it out within mins and provided us with a coupon.

And now since I have kids, this is the place I bring them to buy toys. Keep up the good work please.

I went to the store with my mom not knowing what we really want. This amazing salesperson came up to us and for like an hour helped us find the perfect gift for my brother. Thank you so much.

Its a kids friendly store for my grand kids love to go there and i love the prices

Whenever I go to the mall with my family, I just leave my kids at Toys R Us and they can spend hours there without being bored

I like this online toy store. There are lots to choose from and I end up with a cart full.

I wish Toys'R'Us cleaned up their aisles a little bit, but there is plenty of toy choices which makes it better.

It's all about toys, big, busy, sometimes crowded but it has toys..

I've bought several toys for my kid and she likes them very much, especially the yellow toy dog which is made of plastic. My kid drops it to the ground many times, but the toy is still in perfect condition.

Very good customer's service and price fair! And very clean store's!

Toys r us used to be a favorite of mine, however ive either gotten older or the service has gotten worse.
