I had purchased the Toys R Us lego set a week ago & it took about 5 days for it to ship & come. This is one of a special edition that does not sell on lego's website or at any Toys R Us stores anymore, so I was happy to get this for $50. Even though I'm not sure if it was the owner's part or the UPS part for sort of ruining the lego box, I wasn't too happy to see the box in a non-mint condition (I keep all my lego boxes in mint condition). But overall, everything was alright.

My daughter loves these Octopals. They're very cute and she likes to line up all the little babies in a row so that their eyes are facing her. They can be stuck to almost any surface in the bath with their suction cups and when you squeeze them over the bath, each one makes a different squeaky sound. Best of all, they're very easy to squeeze and so they can be kept very clean. Some squeezy bath toys grow mold if you don't empty out the water every time, and some of them are difficult to squeeze. These little guys are very squeezy and so you can be sure 99% of the water is out when you clean up after bathtime.

Has anyone else pre-ordered amiibos from Toys R Us? They initially cancelled my pre-orders a few weeks after placing them, then offered me a coupon and exclusive link to re-order them, so I did. Received a confirmation email instantly and then another email a week later saying they were getting ready to ship, then they got cancelled again. The problem occurred when I initially ordered from Toys R Us instead of gamestop, walmart, amazon or any other seller that had amiibos. Toys R Us ran out, so now I can't get them. I contacted Toys R Us and their customer service gives me a generic canned response, so I contacted BBB due to their customer service, which went as well as can be expected, BBB did say that they would monitor Toys R Us account over the next few days for similar complaints, so if anyone has had any issues ordering from Toys R Us website, amiibos or not, I invite you to file a complaint. http://www.bbb.org/new-jersey/business-reviews/toys-retail/toys-r-us-in-wayne-nj-*******/

Okay so we all have fond memories of ToysRUs... right? Well I ordered a powerwheels type of car a Fiat for my niece in blue. They sent the wrong color and I ended up with white. Her favorite color is blue, so this was upsetting to me. I called customer service and talked to them about it. The first person I talked to on the phone was very unhelpful and I demanded to speak to a manager. They promised to replace it in time for her birthday which is 10 days from now. I wish the person I had talked on the phone first was a nice and didn't have to talk to a manager to get it done. But at least it's done or I hope it is. We shall see. I'll still always shop at ToysRUS but probably not online anymore. I'll stick with going to the store so I can make sure I get what I want the first time around.
