I have been buying Tory Burch shoes for manys Years. I still cant figure out why. Other than I have a wide foot and only wear flats or small heel. The quality is horrible. I pay between 135-300.00 for shoes and if they Last a year thats a lot. After a few wearings the tongue comes out. You have to get some crazy glue to glue it back down. Ive had 3 pairs where the sole actual cracked in half and they were less then a year old. They wont take anything back. They dont care if its defective. They never stand by their product. I have 40 pairs of shoes. I can officially say I am dine. I found that Talbots shoes fit a wide foot perfectly and last for years. They should be ashamed to charge such high prices for such an inferior product
Just received a navy Sawyer sweater coat from Tory Burch. I purchased a size small, I am 5'4" and weigh 120 lbs. The sweater is soooooo large it would fit three of me with the sweater buttoned up. Unfortunately it is a final sale from Tory Burch. My question
Is who is her base customer? I just do not understand how large her sizing runs!
I bought a pair of shoes and tried them on for the first time at work and they hurt my feet so bad that i have blisters on the back of my feet. I went to return them and they refused to do return due to the shoes have been used! They told me to go home and put on a pair of thick socks to stretch the shoes out! They would not let me exchage either. This is the 1st time I purchased Tory Burchs product and Im so disappointed at Tory Burchs customers service.
I went their woodbury outlets store today 10/29/2017. It is my first time shop in this company. And they say they need to check my Id. I not even go to check out yet. I ask their manager why. She said because I have over their limit. I ask them what is the limit. She said is five in same style in the lifetime. I ask what is that means Lifetime. She said you can never buy again! And she said is their company policy. And if I over the limit they need to see my id. I asked who give you the right to check my id. You are not the NYPD and I did not do anything wrong. And you just base on your stupid policy then want check my id. I refuse then she said she wan't allow me to buy. I said give me a reason and I am just first time to your store. Then she goes to inside to ask someone and wait a long time then tell me ok in this time and next time will not allow. What the hell you talking about. I will never step into your store for sure and I promise will tell all my friends and the people i know what is your company and how the way to treat costomers
I bought a pair of Tory Burch boots late last year, early this year and the bottom of the shoe sole already broke off. Completely waste of money, their quality sucks. I will never buy another pair of shoes again from them.
I bought 7 wallets for Christmas Gifts and they came without gift boxes. "unfortunately they unable assist me with this problem ". How hard is it to send some gift boxes? POOR management! I will never shop here again!
I placed an order on 9/25 with 2 day shipping, order is still in process 5 days later and customer service can not tell me when my order will ship. Totally unacceptable!
The website is awful if you plan to do anything more than browse. I attempted to purchase 3 items and spent more than 30 minutes trying to figure out how to process the payment, which in the end never did. I kept getting a message that my address didn't match. I called the cc company to verify, and all was well. In the chat sessions all they recommended was to clear cache and browsing history, try different browsers. I tried 4. My phone, my ipad, chrome and explorer. Always got the same message. Then they just tried to argue with me that my address was not correct. I have lived in the same place for 6 years. I know my address. Guess Tori didn't really need my money after all, so I'm happy to keep it! If you need Tori that badly, try your luck somewhere else.

I ordered two dresses one of which was available in only one size (I sized up) so the stock was clearly running low. I paid for expedited shipping and over the course of three weeks I have had emails to this effect thanks for shopping with us your order is on the way to sorry for the inconvenience but were really busy at the moment to your order is not in stock but dont worry you wont be charged. Needless to say I never received my order, one dress seems to be on the way, the bother one I have been charged for but is not in stock! I guess I now have weeks of waiting for my refund if any of the other reviews are anything to go by! I am outraged by how pathetic, slow and mistake ridden this process has been - I think Ill stick to major department stores and just about any other brand that takes their customer service seriously from now on!
I bought two pair of shoes lately from Tory Burch- both pairs are waist of money, exctremly uncomfortable and hurt my feet. Impossible to break them in. I have been going to the local store and they have told me that they can't stretch them but they can't credit me because shoes are worn; what a sneaky business. Of course the shoes are worn, that's why I bought them. But when I bought them I didn't know that they will be of a stiff, poor quality material, that was not revealed! I emailed customer service and I got the same answer. Girls, don't waste your money buying Tory Birch shoes! Your feet will be in pain, you will not be able to use your shoes, and oh, remember, "you can't return them because you worn them" Disappointing.
I am shocked to report that despite numerous attempts to order produts online from the Tory Burch UK website, it is still not working after 2 weeks! How can a business sustain this? I have spoken to customer services numerous times and emailed several times too! No-one was helpful! I even suggested that I would pick up the order from store if they could deliver but I was told this was not possible! No suggestion as to how to remedy the situation was offered and no form of compensation was suggested either!
My second pair of shoes (very expensive btw) and after 6 months they are completely destroyed. I work in an office so, Literallyits a very gentle use. These shoes are made with very very bad quality, to be HONEST. Never again!

Honesr ans true BAD experience. I placed an order, Tory Burch took the money from my bank, after waiting for over a week I called to see why hasn't received an email confirmation not the items that I order, then by then they did the initial process of shipment. A day after I received the order o returned it back as I didn't like the size of the item. After 2 weeks they receive the returned order i emailed and call to her status of my refund money, the claimed that they had no record of them receiving the items so I had to send an email with the screenshot of the proof that the return items were receive by their company. After many emails and calls and proving proof UPS and passing their 14 business days refund policy I had no success in getting my money back, on the phone they didn't engage with my concern or issue, they all sounded heartless and careless about everything that I said. They didn't start the process to refund until that call that I did reminding them that it was passed 14 business days, they promised an email to confirm the refund and I never got it. Tired of waiting a few days after I called and requests status of the refund they said that it as still in process. 2 months now after the initial order until the processing refund in process I decided to call and told them that if I didn't get my money by next week I will disputed the entire order and get my money that way. I am a super fan of this brand and been purchasing so many things, but after this very BAD experience I'm doubting about continuing been loyal customer. Thumbs down to the people that are heartless and downs not have great customer service when dealing with customers on the phone.
I now have had TWO pairs of Tory Burch Wedge Enamel Khaki flip flops come apart at the toe -the piece of rubber that divides your toe has come out of the hole. The first pair I wore for about 2 years and just threw them away at $65/pair. Now less than one year later, my new pair just broke in the same place. I took them to a shoe repair shop and I couldn't believe another customer had brought in another pair of the same exact flip flops, color and all, that he had to repair for the same reason.
Tory, for the money you charge for your flip flops, use better quality materials! I tried to superglue the piece back in the hole but it worked only for a few hours of walking in them.
I love the shoes & have never bought online at Tory Burch.com I've always shopped at my local Nordstroms & had excellent service. I wanted to surprise my best friend with a pair of Terra flip flops in this crazy pink foil. I could only find them online, which was great because she lives out of state. I ordered them & had them shipped to her. When she got them she was in love. From the packaging to the color of these flip flops. But sadly they didn't fit her. She returned them with one of the included shipping label provided by toryburch.com Well now almost 2 months later still no refund or notation on my account they have been recieved. I have called the customer service & it is a horrible experience. The are rude & $#*!y women. Very quick to talk over you & it's one excuse after another on why it takes so long for a refund. My best friend - feeling horrible about not getting my money back yet also has called several times with the same run around. She finally got them to issue a gift card - where she said NO - you've lost a customer. I want her to get a refund. They are to do that in 3-5 days so we shall see. But on that call the customer service told her how much it was (reminder these were a gift) so that totally sucked. My friend was mad I spent so much money for flip flops. I can't even image a large company like this to have such a horrible return process - where the customer service reps know it's that bad & tells it to the customers. It makes for very bad business. I myself will no longer purchase this brand & I will share my story with all my friend, family & co-worker on hey don't waste your time on those shoes even if they are cute. And if you look online there isn't even a rating for toryburch.com - you can't even leave reviews on the products on the site. There is a huge reason for this! BUYER BEWARE FOR SURE!
I placed my order at tory burch store and they told me it will take 2 days to deliver, that was Saturday and today is Wednesday and i still have not received my order. I call customer service and they tell me we cant help you with anything. My order was a gift and i am not sure what to gift to my sister now because of their bad service. I am really disappointed
I will never order anything from toryburch.com again. I order sandal from toryburch.com I received the wrong shoes so I called customer service was told to order the correct sandal again and to return the ones that Tory shipped wrong. So got the wrong color this time so I return them too, After 8 phone call about orders that was return to Tory Burch with tracking # saying that the order was received by dock member still NO refund NO shoes and NO help
I bought a pair of sandals ($350.00) as a Mother's Day gift. They did not fit so I started processing a return online and was notified It was just over 30 days and they would not take them. The shoes are still being offered at full price so I am shocked. If they had place them on clearance I could understand. I have a $300 scarf and anothe pair of shoes I just received and they are going bag. Long time customer but I am done.
I bought 2 bags and one iPhone case which I get 30% off if you spend $700 or more. After few days I decided to return the other bag and I was told that I will lose more money if I return the bag which is true but I didn't realized that I will lose $200 if I return the bag. I saved 262 when I purchased the 2 bags and iPhone case but if I return one of the the bag I will lose $200 which is soo stupid so it means the other 2 item that left I was only saving $62. Btw the sale is 30% off if you spend $700 or more. The way they calculate is sucks they don't even have automatic machine to do the work. The sales person were the one calculating when you do a purchase and return using they're calculator. Cheap high end store is that what I call it. So it means they can make mistakes anytime when you purchasing stuff there. You have to make sure they charged you right! Sucks!
I own 2 pair of flats, a watch, 4 pair of riding boots and one handbag. I love my ballet flats, although they are made with little support. Last year I bought a pair of riding boots for Christmas that the insole of one was defective. Customer service said they couldn't repair it but would send me with a Tory credit of 80$, for boots that cost 495$ that were never worn! I shoulda learned my lesson but because I had other items that I liked I went ahead and bought another pair of riding boots this winter and after wearing 4 or 5 times the gold T fell off. The customer service deep doesn't cary parts nor do repairs so they sent me to a website for me to send them off at my expense, with NO replaceable T! It made no sense, considering these are 600$ boots with a company that refuses to back their products. My watch was bought for Valentine's Day, ordered from Tory official site, it's been loved for two months and he Gold is already wearing off. Why would I send it back? For another insult? Unless you just want to throw money away, I'd be shopping where designers make quality products and back them, no more Tory Burch!
