Great all around! Easy to talk to, get good feedback. Also learn about the care the tortoises are getting. They helped with directions to since I had a hard time finding them but we're super great to talk to you. Plan to keep in touch with them and then several weeks.
Got my boxie really fast, ordered Sunday and was sent out Monday afternoon, delivered early Tuesday. So far she is doing really good and seems really healthy.
Online ordering experience was smooth, check out was fine. We were promptly notified of shipping... but upon arrival tortoise was upside down, wet, and very cold. Heat pack was included but it wasn't warm and no where close to the tortoise to do him/her any benefit. After about 2 hours under the heat lamp he was up and moving like normal luckily. If it hadn't been for his condition upon delivery I would give more stars. Oh and not to mention the UPS driver never got a signature as per instructions, never knocked or anything and box was just left outside.
I ordered a red footed tortois for my daughter's birth day. He came quick, and is absolutely beautiful. I was pleased with how calm he is and has no problem being handled. The next morning he ate, and has been exploring his new cage and being very active. The only downfall is thankfully he was delivered in less than the 24 hour mark because the heat pack had stopped working and he was freezing and slow. Overall very satisfied and love our new family member!

We ordered a blue iguana hatchling (named Cyan now) who showed up in perfect health. They are well socialized and, even though iguanas are skittish, this guy calms down easily when startled. Building more trust every day, I'm able to gently handle them multiple times a day to help them remain comfortable with handling. Tortoise Town was very helpful and answered all of my questions as they came. We're in love with our new edition and very grateful to Tortoise Town for such a beautiful, captive bred animal.
I was doing my research on Albino Sulcutas. Found some breeders online. Came across Tortoise Town and they were so helpful and answered questions I had. We made our decision to go with a Well Started Tort. He showed up in perfect health. Right when we put in his new home, he was very active and began to eat right away. We just love this guy. Our turtle arrived and he was ready to explore immediately, so he was soaked in some warm water, put under the light and was very happy!

Got a surprise tortoise and I ordered the deluxe kit from tortoise town. It had everything I needed and arrived very fast!
I think the end of the shell looks to rocky and spikey I think it's supposed to be like smooth shell at the end
