Paid for my resume over 2 weeks ago, and still havent gotten a draft email or anything. Emailed customer service and no response. Save your money and look somewhere else.

I paid for the "Executive Priority Resume Writing Package" and "Phone Consultation." Nearly $400 down the drain.

The resume and cover letter are entirely generic. Honestly, I bet they use the same template for everyone. They say that the process is "fully collaborative and interactive," but from my experience, it's anything but collaborative and interactive. I had the writer tell me that cover letters are pointless, and that's why she made it so generic. Customer service continually gave me the run around why I wasn't getting revisions after submitting my feedback.

In the end, it was a huge disappointment, a waste of money, and now I'm back where I started. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Terrible Service. Resume is worse than original. Covers letter is even worse. Looks like they copy and paste form templates. Messages are delivered 3- 4 am. most likely service is India. Cancelling and getting a refund is even more difficult have to go to credit card company to dispute

Been going back and forth with Alex A who has completely butchered my resume. Not only do they not have a grasp on my industry, they do not have a grasp on grammar, or spell check or use of commas, periods.
I feel so totally ripped off by this site. I implore anyone out there that is about to be catfished by this site to RUN AWAY and warn all their friends. Complete garbage. Read the fine print... you're stuck with a hot steaming mess of crap once they are done their "rewrites"

I paid extra for an "executive level writer" and the documents I received are cluttered, extremally difficult to read and sound as if a someone who does not speak English wrote it or as if my resume was just put into a program and they just provided me whatever the program spit out.

I purchased the resume, CL and Linked-in profile package. Every response to any emails that you send to TopResume are proforma automated responses; in other words, they don't read your emails. The documents were never provided by the deadline that TopResume set. The Linked-In profile copied and pasted the resume document. TopResume is rabidly against refunding money, no matter how disappointed you are. Go with another service if you are seeking satisfaction.

I was skeptical to employ a writer since I've always been confident in doing my own resume. However, this latest job hunting episode, I was not getting the hits I anticipated. I sent my resume to TopResume for a free analysis and was shocked to find out how far off base I was. Namely? It didn't meet the new ATS criteria which explained why no one was calling. They couldn't READ IT. I took a chance and the process was simple, quick but very thorough. By the time I posted it to my job boards? And also with direct companies, I IMMEDIATELY started get interview requests! I was like what? I could have been "this popular and sought after" had I started earlier. My resume was completed on Aug 11,2021. I started a new job Sept 20,2021. No kidding. Everyone was coming out of the woodwork! Including some older companies I'd been trying to get my foot in the door.

PLEASE use this company and don't procrastinate. Love them and has highly referred them to my colleagues.

I used their service a few years ago and was pleased with the result. So, I bought the service for my son. The results were awful. Can't even begin to tell you how bad it was. The first resume was clearly written by someone who does not speak English as a primary language. We gave them pages of rewrites and requested a new writer. The second version had several grammar errors and false statements. Requested a refund after trying to work with them. They are very well-schooled at double-speak to deny a refund. They had not delivered the cover letter or linked in review. Couldn't even get that money back. The company is a scam now. Do not give them your money. You will not like the results.

Working with Leo was great, he was really helpful and professional, he understands very well my feedbacks and opinions so he wrote the final resume very fast, for the cover letter he use that previous work with the resume and nailed at the first try.

I was skeptical when first contact by TopResume upon uploading my resume to HIgher Ed Jobs.com
It felt very "spammy" to be contacted in that way and prompted to pay for a service I didn't ask for.
I decided to risk it based on the free feedback I received.
I was so wrong and pleasantly surprised throughout the process.
My resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile are all a MUCH better product and it was great to have keen and fresh eyes on my documents.
Very personal and prompt/professional service throughout.

The person I was matched with was Talia. She was so fast and amazing. She got the first draft done in a day and there were only few minor changes we had to do. Before I knew it my resume was done. It's more professional now than before. I would recommend their services to everyone trying to get a professional job!
