I spent $149 for a resume, which I still have not received. I have sent all my information they requested, and today I received yet another request for the same information. I will be filing a fraudulent charge with my bank tomorrow.

I tried to get my resume written last year. I have them a resume that needed to be updated with my last 2 positions (promotions) and my updated linked in. They literally didn't change my old resume except a couple of words. Didn't update it or even change my last name that I indicated needed changing. Talked to customer service several times. Total waste- of time and money. I received nothing and I guess they hope you do like me and just get tired of dealing with it. My husband updated my resume because I paid almost $300 for NOTHING!

I have used TopResume before and had a great experience. I did a resume review after a year (and after a new role). I really liked the new layout provided, but felt I did not get the same level of resume writing as the first time. More copy and paste into the new format than providing feedback and suggestions to make my resume stronger (better word choice, etc.). I had to get feedback from outside of TopResume, which I forwarded and then was just copied and pasted. Although I am happy with the final product, it was more because of the outside feedback than having TopResume.

Quinn was the best! Great communication, always open for feedback and gave me great guidance!
