Murph A was my writer and he nailed the cover letter on the first draft. He did a great first draft of the Resume. My edits were a few things he did not have originally. Great experience. My only concern is it is so easy to activate other services you didn't intend to. I did that, however customer support resolved the issue immediately for me when I emailed them.
