The company failed to improve my resume at all. I sought them out in an effort to help with ATS. The first writer destroyed my resume and failed to even understand what I have done in my career and took National projects that involved Presidential directives and made them sound like a local holiday effort at a fast food place. I contacted customer service they promised a new senior writer with a 48 hour turn around. My project is due tomorrow per their company and I haven't even been contacted by The new writer. They are a horrible company who uses the fear of ATS to drum up business. Then assigns work to third party writers who may or may not have had a resume class but more than likely are people barely out of high school or college with no HR experience.

My writer, Gina, was great at re-writing my resume and cover letter. The wording, layout, and descriptions are all spot on and professional! I am extremely pleased with the service I was provided here, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have their resume done professionally. It is leagues better than what I could've written.

I didn't purchase the rush package. The longest part was waiting to be matched with a writer, but it ended up being worth the wait.

I would not recommend this company. They market their service with many different prices so after you buy a package you will most likely find it offer at a reduced price. Mine for example was over $50 less than I paid 3 days earlier. My writer sent several e-mails where he committed to deliver write-ups or rewrites and missed the delivery time by several days. Unless I e-mailed him about this issue I feel he would have never responded back. I sent 2 e-mails to their support and have not heard a word from them. Their customer service lacks if they have any at all. Use another company.

I don't usually write reviews or complaints but I just want to help people like me who wanted a professionally written resume. Jennifer J wrote my resume. She misspelled the word instructor and she submitted the resume without correcting the errors that I pointed out. The staffing agency told me that the skills page needs to be rewritten and the second page is completely useless. I now have to redo my resume and I cannot get a refund because I only purchased the $149 or basic package. I seriously wasted money on this. Please hire writers who can spell or are more thorough with their work.

I received a 48 h Rush service for writing my resume. I was very pleased to see my 6 pages old resume to be condensed to two pages. When I read a description of new me from perspective of new employer, my confidence went up and I started to look for the lead positions in my field.

I purchased a package with "satisfaction guaranteed" from a "top 10% writer" but after working with two writers, I've yet to get a product that is reflective of someone who puts much experience or puts much though into their product. Not only are my very specific, but simple, requests completely ignored, the products have grammatical and technical errors. Beyond this, they don't reflect a knowledge of the area I work in or my personal experience at all. This is beyond frustrating. The company will refuse a refund and instead just shuffle you off to another person who can't write a decent, thoughtful resume indefinitely until you realize that it's a hopeless case and you might as well have flushed the money down the toilet and now you're just wasting your time too with nothing but frustration to show for it.
