I would rate company "0" if possible. Draft provided was poorly written, filled with gaps, errors, mistakes, misspellings and poor grammar. I contacted the writer via email, (as no phone conversations with writer are permitted), stating my concerns and requesting a refund. At that point all communications with the writer went dead. Next I contacted Top Resume customer service by phone to express my concerns and to request a refund. I'm still waiting. Very unprofessional, misleading and deceptive practices.
The feedback provided was very helpful in that it confirmed the shortcomings I felt existed in a clear and concise manner with good examples of how it can be improved (i. E, problem/solution style). I would recommend as a valuable tool in an effort to improve what you have, why, and a solution path by example.
In less than 24 hours that i submitted my information, this review helped me to not undersell my skills and taught me about how the new recruiting systems were messing up my old resume templates and losing opportunities.

TopResume do not provide the service they promise. They only gave me a template and they expected me to answer all the questions. I have provided them my old resume and all the informations are in my old resume. They called the blank template, initial draft. They give you 7 days to respond and provide all the information on the template when everything is already provided. They are buying time to get paid for free. They will only take your money and you will be very disappointed. Honestly, this company should be closed down. People pay money because they are desperate to get help and get a job interview but TopResume will just TAKE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT PROVIDE RESUME SERVICE. THEY WILL only provide you a blank template and you can easily do this for Free. Do not waste your money with them. This is a terrible company.

Being laid off after 19 years, I was definitely rusty on how to construct and write a resume in 2019. I was assigned a writer that is skewed to creative types. The writer was great and got me my drafts as per promised. I would definitely recommend them!
I has reservations after reading some of the reviews but my experience was positive. I'm happy with the final product. The entire process took a few weeks but I wasn't in a hurry. The main thing is that I feel like I have a better resume today than I did before.
Intake process allowed me to consider different ways to highlight my expertise which they used to re-build my resume. The first draft didn't cut it but the final result with their forma and my edits was superb.
Matching with the right resume writer might take some time (to ensure quality of output). Once you have the first draft, reviews and updates are quick and on point. Highly recommended especially for middle management who are looking to refresh their career path.
