I found this process smooth and i am very pleased with the final product. My level of input in the process as well as timeliness was crucial. With a week to have a final product, I needed to be fully involved in reviewing, suggesting edits, and proofing the edits.

My experience was nothing short of spectacular. Since receiving my new resume and posting it online I have had (4) four callbacks. I like to thank my resume writer for opening my eyes on how to prepare a well-written document.

When I do things, I do them big. I bought the biggest package and have had my resume rewritten by them already, and they promise to have it pass the ATS that recruiters use and blah blah blah and I've applied to over a 100 jobs and got 1 interview so far. This is a major let down and waste of my money.

I am not impressed at all. In the end, I'm not even using the resume I paid for. I guess you could say I'm at least using some (less than half) of the cover letter provided to me. I truly feel like English wasn't even native to my first writer; maybe international English because the sentence structure and words used was off. Lesson learned.
