DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY Customer service is horrible at best. Product arrived looked as though it was a pervious return. Missing a Key wire harness and any instructions. Given the run around by Customer service. Had to send photos before they would issue a RMA. Denied paying freight back even though it was missing items. There fix send a link to a video installation. Joke at best as the video wasn't even of the lights I purchased or the correct set up. I have dual lights the video was for Quad. They even lied in the email communication saying these lights did not need the 2nd set of wires even though the "video" stated all lights needed the wire harness. Had dodge mech. Review and said they wouldn't work properly any way as I need a decoder to work with the cambus computer. Which they didn't offer. Sent the lights back the following day will be tracking progress to see how long it takes to refund my money. Don't waste your time and money like I did.

Save your money. There is no customer service here. Phone calls go straight to email. Emails get no response. The tail lights I ordered don't fit correctly, and I'm stuck with them. I'd like to return them, but there is no way to get a response from these people.

After ordering some step up bars and finding I have the incorrect mounting brackets, I can not seem to reach anyone. I've tried every way to contact them with no return emails or callbacks. This has been weeks. If you order something from them and it is damaged or incorrect, good luck.

I ordered a set of tail lights, shipping was good. I installed them and the turn signal part of the light was not lighting up all the way. I called about returning them and they said they would send a shipping label for return on 1/6/21. I waited a couple of weeks and did not get it contacted them and they said I should be getting it but they were behind. Well to this day ( 2/20/21) I have still have not gotten my shipping label so I'm very dissatisfied with this company's service and will never order anything from them again. I would be wary of ordering anything from this company because you will probably be stuck with it and out your money you spent!

Poor quality auto parts, Broken when I received, promised to refund money and customer service has been non-responsive and did not receive a refund. I paid through PayPal and I submitted a claim through PayPal. Top Gear Auto Sports said that I needed to close my complaint through Paypal before getting a refund. I have since closed the case with PayPal and they have not responded since. They lied to me and they are a corrupt company.

I purchased chrome smoked LED towing mirrors for my 2005 Excursion (sales order number *******6315) on 11/11/2019. I couldn't find any reviews on the product but I took a chance and bought the product. Two months after purchase I see that the chrome is blistering and I ask for a refund. I was told too bad. It was out of warranty. I looked for the warranty information and could not find it. From what I can see the warranty information also is not available on the website. The website is not adequate to give reviews and they don't stand behind their products. I won't buy anything here again.
