Do not buy anything from TOPGEAR! There products are junk and are not as advertised. They have so many horrible reviews. Dont waste your time or money. There business license should be revoked. NO INTEGRITY AT ALL.

Ordered a set of steps for a friends 22 Chevy and no word at all after a week. Now I feel like an $#*! and sorry for doing this to my friend who is elderly and needs the steps, Might just get legal with these punks

Great to work with when you are placing an order, but afterwards their customer service is the worst! Had a bulb burn out in less than a year. Left messages via email and phone. After a week finally got an email with a link to order the bulb, however, it was the wrong bulb. Their price for two bulbs was double of what I paid at another site for four bulbs. I would never use this company again!

They kept pushing for me to pay a deposit but could not give me a pickup time, I told them I am not paying until we have a pickup time and magically they produced a pickup time frame within minutes. Felt very fishy and did not feel like a reputable company. When I told them to cancel the order they text me this ( you are paranoid and unrespectful I hope your vehicle will never get picked up, you deserve bad things, my name is Nathan them I said this because everybody knows me, I will tell all drivers not to pick up your vehicle) Now that sounds like a scammer that got caught and or a very bad company! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Seller poorly packaged my headlights and tail lights and wrapped all the boxes together with a black garbage bag. It fell apart during shipping and I recieved ONE TAIL LIGHT in a crazy looking suspicious package covered with black plastic wrap. The seller will not sent the other parts nor give me a labelnto return the one part, I recieved, of the 4 parts I ordered to get a refund. I do not believe the seller will refund me even if I return what I received as they argue all parts were delivered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought headlights from this company and they arrived just fine, however they were defective (it seems a lot of their stuff is, based off other reviews). I sent them back and they received them June 15th. So I called the 16th to get the update on my refund. They said "You will receive your money within 3-5 business days". So I took their word for it and that was that. After those business days and still no money I called and they said "it looks like they forgot to put you on the list for refund so let me do that for you". Then they give another date for when ill get my money, this went on every day after the date I would "receive my money" EVEN TODAY 07/15/22 when I called. I called FIVE times TODAY and it went to voicemail right away, so I called on a different number the SIXTH TIME and sure enough they answered right away. So I checked and guess what same response. Now I am here leaving a review after going to my bank, this company needs SHUT DOWN!

I purchased a "complete LED headlight replacement kit " for my 2005 Dodge Ram. The right side parking and turn signals don't work at all, the left side only the turn signal works. The headlights are reversed, the low beams come on when the indicator light says high beams and the high beams come on when there is no hi beam indicator light. Also, when switching from low to high there is about a 3 second black out period where there are no lights on at all. I contacted Jesse several times, was promised new turn signal lights and a call from the "tech. Dept." No new lights or a call from the "tech. Dept." I have left messages and called for days with no one responding and answering the phone. This company is a complete ripoff. Don't waste your time or money on them.

SHADY SHADY SHADY PLEASE BE AWARE, WILL BE RETAINING AN ATTOURNEY IN CA FOR A SMALL CLAIMS COURT RETURN. MORE TO COME. WILL BE SHUTTING DOWN THE WEBSITE SOON.

Everything and anything that could possibly let your company fail this company does it. I placed my order almost $500 for towing mirrors they were defective. To try to reach anyone in the company is one of these futile most frustrating situation's. It has taken over three months to get the money for my mirrors returned to me then I had to fight for the shipping costs for them to ship it to me but they will not honor the $100 that I had to pay to ship my defective product back to their company these guys are horrible.

Great price but you cant get an answer from anyone and 8 days after the order was placed it still has not shipped

I will not buy from this website again, beware, on their website at checkout they charged me for ups and show shipping ups, but when actually shipped they sent it USPS which is the postal service, they are profiting from the savings on this shipping method by charging me for one service but shipping with another cheaper service, I at this point cannot recommend this website and will not be using them again. They also took several days to prepare shipping before shipping. I tried to call there office to see if I could get a credit on the difference in freight and pointed the discrepancy of charges out and they told me they have the right to ship it anyway they want to, yes that may be so, but you also have the right to ship it like you say your going to ship it. I was so aggravated I called and ask for a refund as I did not want to do business with this company anymore, they will not answer my emails since requesting the refund, they seem to ignore requests for refunds as long as they can I guess hoping the consumer will stop calling. I still have not received my product its been several days although it is due any day now, this company is not ethical, again I would not recommend.

We have ordered a few different sets of running boards for a customer of ours, for his fleet of Ram trucks. We ended up having a 2020 truck that ended up being a classic truck and needed a different set of brackets. So I got ahold of Jessie and she got the brackets that we needed quickly and at no cost to us, even though it was our mistake. The running boards look amazing and our customer was very happy with them. I highly recommend using Topgear Autosport for any of there products. And Thank You Jessie!

Bought mirrors for my 19 sequoia came quickly took me forever to put on no instructions had to figure out wiring myself passenger side mirror kept going out first it was the power control then the other times was blind side indicator. Seems when these mirrors get into any kind of weather (snow, rain) and the water gets into the mirror they dont work any longer. Driver side had been working through everything but after the last snow blind side indicator went out. But now fine so we'll see i guess I waited for over a month for them to fix the passenger side but they never did and sent me a refund, i like the mirrors but then need to be built better, come with instructions. A lot of money spent installing them and exchanging them for nothing. But cannot find mirrors anywhere for this car so guess I'm stuck with stock mirrors. The spot light on the mirror I didn't use for reverse lights however wired them to a switch and when i needed them they are not bright at all no help what's so ever for backing up…

Sent part for different vehicle, terrible customer service if you can even get a response, would never use this company again!

Yall ever think about where they are getting their products from? Look up "Epartsgogo" it takes you to an Ebay account which their getting their products from why do you think their unresponsive, because their waiting on eBay, buy directly from there you can thank me later.

Was sent the wrong head lights.If you try to contact them they take 2 to three days to answer... Got ripped off by this company... They sent me The wrong head light, Then after two weeks of back and forth with the dump a-- rep... They refuse to send a return label, on top of that they are going to charge me 25% restocking fee... They claim the dam lights work for my truck and because they are not plug and play like they claimed... SO I ASKED FOR SOME CLEAR INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS... BUYER BEWARE, THIS COMPANY STRAIGHT SUCKS AND IF YOU DO NOT MIND GIVING THEM FREE MONEY THEN GO AHEAD AND DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RIPP OFFS.
