I ordered headlights that were supposed to be 4x6 and were not they were 4.5x6.5 meaning, they are fake advertising and blame the customer for buying them even though it states that they will fit the year and the type of truck, but at the end of the day they contradict themselves horrible customer service never buying from them again. My problem was not solved.

BOUGHT BOTH SIDE MIRRORS AND ON ONE OF THE MIRRORS THE MIRROR KEPT POPPING OUT AND I WOULD HAVE TO PUSH IT BACK IN AND FINALLY IT POPPED OUT AND FELL TO THE GROUND AND A CAR RAN IT OVER. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT. FOR WHAT I PAID FOR THESE MIRRORS IT SHOULD OF LASTED MORE THAN 4 YEARS. THEY WOULD NOTHING BUT HAVE ME BUY NEW MIRRORS. NO THANK YOU!

I ordered nerf bars for my 2023 F350 standard and they just didn't look right as if they were built backwards. Step was either awkwardly to the rear of the door or switched they were offset to the rear of the truck and quite honestly looked terrible.
After ZERO help from Topgear autosports customer support I ended up finding what looked like the same nerf bars from Climwa on Amazon. After delivery figured out they came from the same place, same packaging, same exact nerf bar for HALF the price. Top gear auto sport is simply drop shipping someone else's product for double the price. DO NOT shop here

I purchased these Jan 2023. Installed on 67 Camaro. I turned them on 12 times, then 3 of the leds would be a different color or be out. I contacted them, they said you purchased 15 months ago. Out of Luck. Buy something else. These people are terrible.

Worst customer service ever. I've sent in a return, I have have not received a refund for my items nor any follow up emails. I've sent in 3 emails for a request and update of my return item. This company is the worst in returning items. I'll never do business with them and at the point I'll never see my return to my account. Makes me wonder how they stay in business and now I know why. They are a scam

Ordered headlights hat were late on delivery, shippers fault. When they did arrive, no light bulbs in package. Discussed initially with customer service and they asked me to verify they weren't pre-installed. They were not and I did confirm, but have not gotten any follow up from them after I did confirm. I pard for a complete set-up and they did not send what I paid for. Will not recommend or buy anything else from them.

Ordered side mirrors. Installed well and looked good initially. The lenses over the leds on the front of the mirrors began to crack not only in the middle of the lenses but the edges of the lenses looked like they are chipping away. Spend nearly two months emailing before I got a text message asking for pics. I sent pics and after another two weeks I was told per the manufacturer the only way the lenses could crack was from impact. Not sure how that's possible along the edges but ok! So frustrating companies won't stand behind their products.

Ok well the grill i received didn't come with head lights and said it did and called about wires that were on it for side marker lights told the lady 4 times black and white wires she offered a email are phone call when she found out what they connected to and what year lights fit in the plug they sent got a text later that night that the blue and white wires go to the running lights well there's 4 so i guess pick 1 lmao and no answer about the lights so took the plug to a local parts store and they figured it out for me so for about 500.00 got a good looking grill that is quite cheesey wouldn't recommend buying for this company give them 0 stars but had to do 1 so i could post this thanks for reading and find someplace else to get your parts from 🤜🤛

Wife bought me upgraded headlights for my Chev Colorado. They came without any installation instructions, but my mechanic has a world of experience. The product description on the website claims that with regard to high beams, low beams and turn signals, the units are "plug and play". We plugged - the turn signals didn't play. Mechanic showed me the only plug that hooks up the lights. Said he thought the units defective. I contacted the company and was informed that the model we purchased didn't come with turn signal bulbs. Sure enough, put old bulbs in and turn signals work. Could have told us that plug and play meant we had to plug in bulbs! Next, low beam aim was wildly out of acceptable be limits for both right and left unit. Back to the mechanic who finds he's able to adjust the up and down but can't find a way to adjust the side-to-side. I again contact customer service who asks for a picture of the problem. I reply "just tell me how to adjust the side-to side aim so I can see the road instead of the trees." Two days later, customer service informs me that there is NO side-to-side adjustment on this model, just up and down. Can't use them! Took them out and put back the OEM units. They're not very bright, but at least they illuminate the road ahead instead of the trees on either side. Don't know why I'm even taking the time to write this review. I see all the other negative reviews and can only wonder how they stay on business if they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Purchased a light kit (front and rear), cost around $500. Very poor quality, cheap made and are worse than stock. I do not recommend their products.

Ordered mirrors for my 2002 f350, they came and do not fit. I called them and they said I was the first ever customer that called and said they don't fit. I can see from other reviews that is not true. I'm waiting on email for return per my conversation with them, and that was a week ago. At this point I'm not very hopeful I will get my money back. I would avoid this company at all costs. I can't believe they are in business with all the bad reviews

I ordered headlights for my chevelle, description said "trimming may be necessary" I'm totally okay with that because I'm a fabricator. So after trimming my headlight bracket, I then found that the circumference of the headlight is about a 1/4" too big for the bucket. It's impossible to make that work even with fabrication. So I called to get a return label and they wouldn't let me speak with the return department and said "we will call you" to which I didn't even respond to express how much it pisses me off I just destroyed an original part of a 53 year old antique car, just to have it not fit. Not only do I have to wait for a return with no communication I actually have to pay money now to get a new headlight bucket. So I'm paying this company for their mistake and they can't even let me expedite the process. Unreal. And I also didn't even mention that one of the lights was broken on arrival…. Which didn't bother me that bad I fixed it myself. It's when I have mistake after mistake after mistake that pisses me off. Terrible business.

They cannot back the product nor can they supply part's for product if needed find the manufacture and buy from them absolute BS

I ordered tow mirrors for my truck - all information was given on line, even the Vin number. There was no communication from Top Gear and mirrors showed up 5 days later and would not fit, My mirrors bolt pattern is 1/2" shorter. Was told - no information was given on truck which was BS. Top Gear dragged their feet on returning mirrors and i finally realized; they had a return date! I had to pay $105.00 shipping for the size of box (*******@22lbs) for Top Gears mistake. I have text messages from top gear, showing that it was my fault. I paid the price for their lazy and don't care workers that cant read.

Order placed 4/6/23. Tried without results to find out status of my order, which was to be a birthday gift for my son. No one answers the phone or messages, chat people not ever available, etc. THEN, I read the reviews & understand why. Others have had issues such as these. I have cancelled my order & will not recommend this company to anyone!

It started out fine. I ordered a LED headlight kit for my truck. Turns out one of the bulbs was bad. I sent an email the day of and instantly got a reply and even a text message from a representative. They offered to give me 2 replacement bulbs and I was fine with that. That was over a month ago. I've sent 2 emails and 2 texts to the number that reached out to me. Haven't heard anything. Spend your money elsewhere.

I want to thank everyone for submitting a review on Topgeart Autosport. I am in the process of updating and modding my truck and really liked alot of their products they offer for my vehicle. I plan on spending upwards of about 5K on parts that they ha e on their website. Then I goggled their ratings. Not only are there a ton of bad reviews on the website, but a bunch of other review websites as well. I want to thank all of you for posting your reviews and sharing your bad experiences and concerns. Just know that your efforts have not been wasted. You have successfully deterred me from using Topgear Autosport for my source of parts. I will take my money elsewhere.

Side note;
Topgear, you really need to take a look at these reviews and realize that people do, in fact read them. Due to your negligence and poor service, you have lost out on a fairly large sale from me and, I am sure, many others as well. I am just the guy that let you know it before you got your hands on my hard earned money! So long sucker!
