I have purchased cv rewriting service for experienced career proffessional but I did not chose "the most expensive package" as my friend who recommended me the service. As a result I got a junior cv writer that:
1. Did no effort to understand what I do
2. Did not offer the call to clarify - just wrote copy paste responses to my negative feedback
3. Put in cv sentences that were not even in English and in some cases had nothing to do with my responsibilities.
I filed and complained and of course, it is being ignored. I am really not sure what else I can do as I lost money and got no reply to my cv apart from 1 automatic rejection and they seem to be happy copy-pasting messages in response to my email.
I do believe I got a junior person who has no clue about writing but this is a well-reviewed company and it would be nice if they actually had a customer service.
