Unfortunately I have found the Trustpilot too late, otherwise I'd never use the service. They don't care about feedbacks absolutely and their writers don't read the reccomendations. They surely don't know nothing about deadline. In my case they have reacted when I requested a refund through the PayPal. The reaction: "... we are unable to provide you with a full refund. Due to the nature of our service, since we offer digital services that are intangible and irrevocable, you are entitled to a repair or replacement of the service; we are offering to repair the document for you." Being unable to do the paid job they permit the things like this. Draw conclusions youselves...

If I could give this service a negative score, i would probably go with -5 stars as my CV is in a worse state than when it went in. Somebody who is likely to have English as a 4th language ruined it by butchering my content with a thesaurus.
