In the beginning it was not satisfactory since it seemed to me that the writer did not care so much about the review of my CV even though at a glance the job was quite good. Furthermore the delivery time was unbelievable since I had to push her every time to get an answer. Then when the customer care changed the senior writer it was different because she showed a great interest in reviewing my CV, she answered all the questions I made and we shared different points of view about the CV and the Cover Letter.
I chose the Executive Priority package and I am very satisfied with the service. The executive writer was very attentive, prompt and answered all my questions.

Top CV never responded to any of the issues I raised in my email and ignored them completely. The CV was misleading and was clearly written for an American market with American laws and terminology referenced, which was odd and irrelevant. The final CV is one I would not use and I would not recommend Top CV to anyone. I have requested a refund but again, this has been ignored by Top CV.

The CV that they composed for me is awfull. Wordy, with bad structure & look like a template. Absolutely this couldn't cost 99 pounds.

For someone who is trying to get their CV to look the best and help sell themselves for their next hopeful career move, turning to TOPCV to help professionally on this after being emailed by them for a free review and seeing their website I decided to pay £79 for it to be rewritten - it was quite simply terrible they ignore all the questions they ask you to complete at the beginning and then any changes you ask them to make! They do not rewrite at all just simply change the layout and for the worst at that- ignored my request of how unhappy I am and that I would like to take it further for a refund. I am now left with a cv that I would not be able to use for applying for a job - I would seriously advise do not use this company at all you will just be left out of pocket with a very poor looking cv
Lt is my pleasure to write for Top CV. I must tell that l m struggling to get interviews as a senior mechanical engineer. My applications get rejected very fast. This recent review by Top CV revealed that the wording that l've used to describe assembly and equipment as my core competencies, sound (literally) as "Hardware Engineer ".
