Since the person assigned to me was supposed to have relevant industry recruitment knowledge, I had asked the person to comment if there's any knowledge and/or experience gap identified while preparing my CV. He ignored my queries despite multiple attempts. I also put forward my wish to highlight certain strength in my resume but no additional effort was put in rather than just accepting the redlines I have provided. However, he did turn around the draft pretty timely which is beyond my expectations.
Having not been getting very far at job applications I begrudgingly deciders to give top cv a go. They were really good and turned round a really good looking CV very quickly. Very happy when I apply for roles now.
The resume is simply unacceptable and could not be presented to a potential employer. The process of having to instruct a "professional" on basic grammar became overwhelming and frustrating. The very reason I reached out for assistance from professionals was due to time constraints and assumed that native english speakers would be assigned the task of writing my resume. I did not anticipate that I would have to personally rewrite my entire resume after paying for this service.
I wrote a review then reached out to customer service requesting either a refund to be issued or to be provided with an experienced professional writer to edit my resume. I was informed that I could pay an additional £50 for extended revisions since the 7 day automated timeframe had elapsed. It is disheartening that this company stands behind such a poor representation of a resume.
I strongly caution others against purchasing the services provided by TopCV. They clearly do not stand behind quality work and it is rather disheartening to have paid so much for so little.
Don't waste your money. They made my resume worse. It was created by software. There are grammatical errors, context doesn't make sense. I gave my feedback, it's been 5 days I haven't heard from my writer or the support team. This is basically fraud..

I was pretty impressed with the detailed analysis it provided. But was highly disappointed with the rates for resume writing. Start price of £99 is a joke for just resume writing with the keywords and especially for candidates who are looking for a job.
Some highlighted points were good fro one to check what are the improvments that can be done. The service affered seems fine.
