Re read my cv looked at the options for payments thought it was expensive waited for a discount code resubmitted my cv 24 hours later! WOW.
Never needed any additional information bang on first time, wish I had done it earlier. Response to applications has tripled in 4 days. Well worth the money.
I paid for a CV and covering letter.
They sent back a CV which had awful grammar, syntax and even spelling. Inserted the word "spearheaded" several times!?!
I complained and they responded a few days later. They said it was a draft.
Second draft just as bad.
I asked for a refund. As the job deadline I needed to apply for had passed.
I've spent the last month swapping emails as they refuse a refund and also refuse to answer other basic questions like how I complain etc.

1- The Writer was very cooperative and supportive, however, his strength is in doing common project management resumé and not technical resumé based on first and second drafts.
2- It was a prompt action which is well appreciated, efforts are over-priced, especially that the virtual promise of getting a job within 60 days is not valid and for advertisement purpose only.
3- In some sites, the auto-fill didn't work properly.
4- Somes spelling mistakes were detected by other sites such as Google or Client portals
5- I used to get more calls on my old CV.
6- Overpriced compared to other writing entities.

Put the light on that, what makes you stand out out of 250 applicant's? How can they learn to know your 25-30 or 40 years of life and your achievements in two pages?
