The first draft I received had obvious mistakes. Furthermore, some of the information in the first draft was wrong. This was an indication that they had not assigned me a writer familiar with my field. So, I decided not to continue with them. But, as they insisted, I did provide feedback (after a week by receiving their last email). It took me 4 hours. But, then I did not hear from them for 10 days. After 10 days, they sent me a file which had implemented only 30% of my comments and they said it is the last version. Most of all, I am sorry for my time.

I was happy that someone took the time to review my CV and worked hard to make it look fantastic and also was available as a real person to interact with me and resolve all queries so very promptly including the templates for cover letter and thank you letter. I hugely recommend the service.

Professional and extremely prompt service - draft of CV arrived well before ETA and therefore quick turnaround

I am sure she will take this appreciation with much modesty and may say that this was her professional responsibility. But this humble response would be unfair to her effort of trying to make the best of what she had in hand. I had Cheryl as my CV/LinkedIn composer. She was excellent. My CV is now more achievements and skills based rather than what I can do which is more attractive to recruiters. The only thing I would say is that only use Top CV when you are ready to dedicate the time to working in partnership with them. You need to be available to review, comment and fact find and it can take a significant amount of time. They are speedy and if they don't hear from you they close the case because they assume you are happy with it all. Don't let this put you off, just make sure you are efficient.
