I've been using TopCashBack for a few years. I go through phases where I shop a lot and it's nice to get a little kickback. I also appreciate that they allow payout even for small amounts and if you choose a gift card, they give you a small bonus on top of it (like 2-5%). I'll say that their iPhone app makes my phone run hot and it's kinda slow, so I prefer to use them on a regular computer. Overall, I would recommend it.

I've used a few cash back sites and still do but topcashback is the one I stop at first and use the most. Sometimes they have games and bonuses for extra cash back. It almost never tracks correctly for aliexpress though so I just quit bothering, I think it's the merchants fault though. Customer support usually takes a few days / week but they usually fix things. I recommend chrome with default security settings or you might have trouble having your check out tracked.

My favorite feature actually is the gift card mall, you can get gift cards and earn cashback on them. The gift cards always work flawlessly and have no expiration date.
TopCashback feels like "flashy" and "mobile friendly" to me than some competitors but they always have great rates and the flexible payment options are pretty nice because they add a little bonus and have a good selection. My experience with the customer support has actually been pretty positive - at some point I opened a ticket for a transaction that was pretty valuable and they told me it would take *months* to get resolved with the merchant due to their long return window... but guess what, I got my cash back in the end!

This rewards site has completely failed to deliver on its promises. Almost none of my recent transactions received the promised cashback – it's all smoke and mirrors. Every single cashback offer ended up being a false promise. To make things worse, their claims process is a nightmare. You're forced to submit a separate claim for each individual transaction, instead of being able to report all missing cashback from a specific time period. It's intentionally difficult, extremely limited, and clearly designed to discourage users from recovering what they're owed. I feel completely misled and disappointed. I would not recommend this site to anyone expecting transparency or reliability.

Love this app to get money back for stuff I have to already buy!
The click from topcashback to the merchant was not registered by topcashback. This caused the purchase to be denied for cash back. Customer service was difficult to get a hold of, useless and did not want to help resolve the issue.

Redeeming was easy. There are so many options with additional reward.
I always check for rebates here before ordering anything online. It doesn't take long to rack up a good sum to cash out. And cashing out is easy peasy! Some cash-out options tack on a bonus, which I love.
