I want to point out some weird things that are happening on the Topcasback.com website.
On May 20 Topcashback.com sent me an email I've got $85 available for cash out.
I requested a withdrawal on May 20. But no payment or message sent to me until May 27. Nothing! But I can see in the Payments section 'The payment due date of May 23,2025 is likely to be the latest date'.
On May 27 I sent a ticket to the support team. On May 28 a person replied he knows nothing and would ask his colleagues.
Only on June 2 I received an answer 'Your payment has been held back'. So 13 days they did nothing!
It is very clear to me now that Topcashback.com is trying to find a reason to refuse to pay me money.
Based on my experience, I conclude that they steal clients' money.

Everything is plain and simple. You buy what you have decided via their link and voilà after some time you have your money back
It's not a scam! I am new to this and bought my first item from Sephora. The item cost $24 and I got free shipping code. The amount I received back was $24 in my Topcashback account so I did have to pay out of pocket for the taxes & my state's delivery fee all equaling $2.26, but I received a $24 full-size product that I wanted to try for $2.26. If I choose to apply my payout towards one of their many gift cards I could have received closer to $25 and some change back. It does take a while since I ordered the Sephora item MAY 19th and I'm just able to get my payout request in today June 2 and now I'm waiting for it to be deposited into my PayPal. So. Be patient it doesn't happen overnight. As long as my account is credited $24 it's worth it to me.

The experience was great, simple, easy. Card came within a minute and had no issues redeeming it. I will continue to use this service because the cash back adds up between GC purchase and purchasing items from a retailer. I hope to see more places added in the future
