Business class seats at almost half price with personal efficient service to boot. What is not to like? I was initially concerned the airlines may give me an issue or refuse to give me bonus miles for the flights. It turned out the concerns were misplaced. Everything worked seamlessly without a hitch. Andrey Grove is great and all his answers were very accurate and truthful. So far I traveled to Madrid with Munich and Paris next.
Chris was most helpful and efficient. Any questions I raised he dealt with both expertly and his approach was very good
