I've used top business class on two different trips and was fully satisfied. My agent was Alex Abraham's and he dilevere on what was promised. No issues at all.
I have been doing business with Will for the lpast 4 years. This guy takes customer service to the ultimate next level. He ensures you are satisfied and happy with your selection and flight. Will, keep up the great work, told you that I am Loyal to a fault that as long as your taking care of me and treating me good I will be with you until the end. With that being said we have more years of working together, whenever I need a flight reservation your my first call.

Mark got us excellent flights for our vacation plans, making the best use of American Express points and frequent traveler programs. Then, when we discovered to our dismay we had made a mistake on dates, he resolved our problem quickly and with a minimum of pain. Very professional and responsive to all our questions.
Alex secured us business seats at a discounted price and we were very satisfied on most of our flights. He also provided us our ticket and booking numbers early on so that when there were problems with our seats we could deal directly with the airlines to correct them.
On one of our intra-Europe flights, one of our seats was economy. When I complained about this, Alex told me that is not uncommon to secure the long haul in Business and the short legs in economy if that's all that's being offered during time of the booking. Alex may have told me this but I don't recall this being told to me at the time of booking. If I had realized this, I would not have been so upset at the airport when we were told that his is an economy seat and cannot be upgraded.
Still waiting for the ticket and invoicing for the additional travel. If the tickets finally come through as discussed on the phone, then all is well, but requested the changed on the 20th, requested a second time on the 23rd and it is now the 28th and still no new tickets for all the changes, only one ticket, not the others

I believe I got a good deal on business class tickets. I did have to oversee what went on, as the first itinerary I was offered did not have enough time between flights (30 minutes) and was likely to mean we missed a flight, critical to the sequence. Mark was very responsive, up until the tickets were bought. He was supposed to follow up with me and help me select seats since I've never flown business class before. Despite two emails requesting his help on seat selection he never got back to me.
This is the first time I've used TBC but not leaving for Europe until June 2018. When I return in July I will be able to give a proper review of their services. So far, it's been excellent and a huge reduction on normal biz fares to Europe!
