I love all two face makeup. And I think I love their customer service just as much. Never a problem with their website, shipping is done quickly and efficiently. Never had one problem.

First time trying their eyeshadow palettes. Got the cinnamon bun. Soon after I got a headache. Went to bed, headache got worse. Wiped off the eyeshadow and headache is getting better.

If you want to buy an eyeshadow palette, but do not know which one to buy, because there is such one which is quite difficult to work with such as Huda Beauty and Anastasia (both of them I like too, but they are more for a professional makeup artist), but all palettes by Too Faced are quite easy in use even for the beginners. Very pigmented, lovely shadows, a lot of colors and moreover a lot of different types of palettes which can be good as for blonde girls and for brunettes,
My favourites are Chocolate Bar, Pretty Rich, the Natural Nudes and of course natural matter.

I ordered from their website in late November, and received an empty box after two weeks. I spent 5 days trying to reach customer support before I finally got through to them. I was very upset at this point but the next day they shipped a replacement package, so I was relieved by that. Unfortunately for me, the package arrived and I immediately noticed that it was once again far to light weight to actually contain my order. I even took a video of me opening it and sure enough, another empty package. I immediately reached out to customer support for the second time, and the response was completely unintelligible. Something like: "We're sorry you received your refund." As of writing I have not received a refund or the item I payed for.

I have been using Too Faced makeup products for over 3 years. I am obsessed with the quality of the product and the scents. My favorite thing about Too Faced is that it feels like they really take into account how their customer wants to feel and that's why I think this brand is so successful.

I have personally purchased and used the Too Faced Peach Eyeshadow palette and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The palette itself smells divine and works beautifully as well. All of the shades are easy to blend and apply. They can create a wide variety of looks, from smoky evening looks to simple daytime looks, so the palette is therefore worth every penny in my books. Would highly recommend this palette.

I really wanted to leave a review about the customer service. I had ordered a kennel from Chewy and the tracking said it was delivered and I never received it. I emailed the company and they apologized and sent out a replacement that same day. I received it shortly after that. About a week later, I found out it was delivered to a neighbor. I contacted Chewy and told them about the mistake. They thanked me for letting them know, and asked if I would donate it to a friend or animal shelter. I am so impressed with the customer service and integrity of this company and will continue to purchase items through them. Thanks Chewy!

I'm a gigantic fan of this brand and their online store. I absolutely love that the site has a live chat feature and that every time I've needed a question answered or assistance with a product that I was purchasing the customer support team is just the niecest and most helpful people you can encounter and will empress the socks off of you... lol... I know Too Faced is a bit on the pricey side of things HOWEVER their products are extremely high quality and have beautiful and impressive results your likely to fall head over heels IN LOVE and never go back to your drugstore bargain brands again. Too Faced also holds the record for the number one mascara for miles to come, with a sassy name you'll never forget..."better than sex" mascara and it's hands down my absolute favorite. If you're a new customer making your first purchase you'll enjoy the discount wheel offering you a first time buyer discount on your purchase. All in all... Too Faced has quality products and QUALITY customer service you can take to the bank.

My favourite palettes are of this brand and want to stress the attention specifically on one named Eyeshadow Too Faced Chocolate Gold - which has amazing pigmentation, luxurious scent, an expensive palette of shades! This palette is a must-have for every eyeshadow lover!) Make-up turns to be fantastic with only one palette. Want to try more, heard it was released once more.

I am a Cancer Patient I Fly to Chicago every three weeks for Chemotherapy I packed my Two Faced Foundation (Chestnut) this Exploded in my suitcase. When I tried to get help from the store in Winston Salem North Carolina where I purchased it I was told it's nothing that they could do, next I called customer service and customer service gave me the run around also with a bunch of question that didn't make any sense after learning this from this company I will never use this product again in life bad customer service. All I wanted was my makeup replaced. The sad part about it this is a good product.

Too Faced has a great piece of cosmetics. I got Lip Injection Liquid Lipstick, which is amazing and has a demi-matte cream formula that gives you full coverage. It lasts a long time. The customer support is outstanding. I'm probably going to get some more.

Their pallets are best ones I've ever tried! Eyeshadows are long-last, colors pigmentated as they should be, and even the smell of their eyeshadows is perfect. Price is not the lowest, but product is with it for 100%. I use a peachy one for more than 1 year, and still it is the best one!

I ordered a birthday gift from too Faced's website. I thought it was a great deal and was super excited to receive it. I ended up receiving an empty box in the mail. The item i ordered went out of stock after i ordered it so they decided to send me an empty box. I called about this and the woman was extremely unhelpful. They offered me a refund for the item but didn't want to refund me shipping. They also never sent me an email saying the item was out of stock and id be getting a refund for it, or to cancel my order entirely since it was the one item in my order. They just sent me an empty box, tried to avoid refunding me my shipping, and i still haven't gotten a refund at all so if possible ill update this review when i do. I won't be ordering from them again, I recommend their makeup but order from Ulta or Sephora instead of their website. Better costumer service with those companies.

Absolutely inlove with this brand obsessed couldn't ask dor a better make up brane so flawless and silky

I love their foundation, mascara, concealer, lipstick and setting powder.
Some of their prouducts are hit or miss, the dewy finish foundation is oily and makes me break out (I think it's discontinued now) but their peach perfect foundation is my go-to. Their melted matte lipstick has beautiful colors but easily smears. Overall, I love their prouducts and have had mostly great experiences. I've seen people on here slamming the company over the CEO's personal stances. For context, the CEO fired their sister from the company for her anti-trans statements. I'm all for holding people accountable for their words so they can take more of my money. Prouducts are rather pricey, but they are quality and the company seems to really care about finding what works and maintaining their standard.

I just bought some of their cosmetics products, and it turns out to be absolutely fantastic.
I really love the mascara and pen eyeliner of them. Ultra quality products. Super long-lasting and smug proof, they are. Worth the money.
