I was buy Xiaomi XMSB01MW Portable Mouse Bluetooth Wireless Mouse Bluetooth 4.0 RF 2.4GHz Dual Mode Optical. It was my first shopping in tomtop. No problem, full enjoy. Super mouse Very minimalist, nice, comfortable. Bardzo dobra myszka. Odporna na upadki, wygodna - ergonomiczna i bardzo wydajna.

Made my order 3 weeks ago which is supposed to go to Australia, and still haven't received it. Contacted the customer service and they just show me a tracking status that the item is already arrive in the local post office, but the tracking didn't show which country it is. So I dig a bit more from the tracking website and find out the item is actually in Belgium and couldn't be delivered. They clearly messed up the delivery and refused to apologise and ask me just wait. What a customer service! It seems that I will not going to get my parcel and money back either! So don't deal with company! I learned my lesson.

My first order on Tomtop (order number AN17H08L4356-062TMH) was on 8 August 2017. I found it had some of the lowest prices of smartphones, tablets and all other gadgets, and some could also be shipped from warehouses inside EU for customs free concerns/surprises. However I tried my first order, a Xiaomi car camera, from CN warehouse and was delight to see that I had no problems or delays with customs and it took only 15 days to be delivered in my house in Portugal.
I am very pleased with my first order and made some more already. It is now one of my favourite online stores. It has some of the lowest prices I can find, the products are genuine, and shipping time is very good, and it seems it fantastic customs clearance.
Some of my friends are also starting buying their products from Tomtop.
I will continue buying from Tomtop for sure.
It is now some years I buy from TomTop and I can say they are very reliable. Items are well packed and time of delivery is faster than normal.

No geral a experiência foi muito boa. Os preços são excelentes e o site é fácil de usar. No entanto, fiquei um pouco decepcionado com o pós-venda. Entre eu comprar o produto e o produto ser postado, se passaram cerca de 10 dias, um perÃodo consideravelmente grande.
Apesar disso, a entrega foi rápida e tudo estava ok. Recomendo a Tomtop!
La compra ha sido satisfactoria, el producto llego en perfecto estado y perfectamente protegido.Los plazos de entrega se han cumplido, en envio ha sido muy rapido.Los plazos de procesamiento han sido mas largos de lo necesario, debido a falta de stock.Deberian tener en cuanta el stock en el momento de hacer la compra para evitar esperas innecesarias.De todas formas totalmente recomendable, volvere a comprar en su tienda.

Dopo aver pagato 20 euro per la spedizione in 3-4 giorni lavorativi, dopo aver atteso 10 giorni lavorativi e scritto diverse e-mail al servizio clienti senza nessuna risposta, oggi ricevo una mail dove mi si dice che è normale avere dei ritardi e che potrebbero passare ancora 7 giorni lavorativi di attesa!
