Received item but have to pay Rs 1926/- to courior for Costums penalty, after using the product found defective Its Android TV box and its not working and hanging tried to reset and other option but not succedded. To write reveiw and feed back no option in tomtop website.

I received the phoe UMIDIGI Note 4 and received it very fast, in 3 days. The phone is good but the sofware is not the top. They are some items missing in setting. You can't change the launcher etc... Globaly, it is very good regarding the price. Thanks for Tomtop for the excellent job.

I ordered the goods from the central warehouse in Germany so that I do not pay customs and dph. Goods sent from China, so I will pay high duty and dph. This company has deceived me and does not want to refund my money because they violated the sales contract.

These people are at the top of their game when it comes to taking your money. They use false tracking numbers, as well as telling you everything you want to hear, so you'll believe they are making things right. They also advertise updated quality products, but in my experience I received a very poor imitation that broke in 5 minutes. When you have a problem with your order, except them to take 2-3 day's if they decide to reply. I've purchased hundreds of different items from China, Hong Kong, ECT... I have never dealt with a company as deceptive as Tomtop. They offered to pay me to write a positive review, so here it is, Tomtop is not just excellent, but damn good at taking your hard earned money and giving you nothing, or if you're lucky you may get something that wasn't as described. These guys are on top of they're game. Hope you have better luck than I did.

I confess that at first I was afraid to buy in TOMTOP, but I did the test. Bought two items. The payment method was good, and they shipped fast. The products have arrived in perfect condition and are of excellent quality. No doubt I will continue shopping at TOMTOP! They are to be congratulated!
LP Style Electric Guitar DIY Kit review
I ordered the LP guitar kit as a fun way to learn more about guitars. I wasnt expecting Gibson quality, not even Epiphone quality, and TomTop.com delivered on a guitar kit that was well below both in quality. In fact the kit I was sent was great for fire wood, but not guitar building. I opened the package as soon as I got home to find a rough guitar body with a neck opening that was far too wide for the neck provided in the kit. I stopped unpacking the kit snapped some photos and sent an e-mail to TomTop customer service requesting a replacement. Customer service responded quickly offering a partial refund, but if I wanted a replacement I would be required to pay shipping back. I have rebutted this offer and am waiting on a reply.
If you are looking for a guitar, and think Tomtop is a low cost alternative, then please delete TomTop from your browser and spend the extra 25 dollar to get a used Squier, Ibanez or Epiphone. I now will get to back and forth with customer service to get a replacement or a refund.
Again look away from Tomtop.com for a quality guitar kit.
