With the support of their customer service, we went through a process of troubleshooting to determine whether it was convenient to have the item repaired locally. Tomtop is the worst company to buy, for example a Drone! I´m from Brazil! I bought a DJI Mavic Pro Fly More Combo there! 1 month after the purchase, I was trying to turn on the drone, but it NEVER worked! The Remote Controller came not working! Now, I had to send everything to China (very expensive post) to they decide what happened! I will never buy anything from TomTop! And I will wait a NEW DRONE or REFUND! It was very very very expensive to not work!

I had ordered products worth more than US$200 in a span of 6 months. Out of 7 products ordered, 2 were faulty for (sent in damaged condition). Initially they refused to accept their fault but when I sent videos of damaged products, they agreed to give a partial refund almost after a continous followup of 3 months.
Customer support is almost non-existing. They take 3-5 days to revert to your mails and months to take action on your issue.

Produto bate com a descrição, porém sua conexão via cabo falha muito, sendo necessário remover e recolocar o mesmo durante o uso, pois há queda constante enquanto se assiste, e é necessário tal procedimento. O mesmo acontece com a Wi-Fi, ela conecta, porém não navega.
