I've ordered a few items on there, and all of them are of amazing quality. Their customer service is great too, I had a question about one of the products and they got back to me as soon as. I love the fact that you get can get coupon points for buying products or leaving reviews, so you can use those points in exchange for your next purchase, very clever. I highly recommend.

Best site to make imported purchases, I already bought several times and my products always arrived, I already recommended to some of my friends and they also bought, the speed with which the products arrive was what made me happier and more satisfied.

Never received the product ordered and no help from TomTop to track the order. The status of the shipment hasn't change since ordered date. They promised 7-20 days delivery and it's been over 2 1/2 months, still no product.

Bestellen und bezahlen war problemlos. Tomtop hat es auch schnell versendet mit der Tracking Nummer. Unglücklicherweiser hat DHL meine Päckchen verloren. Nachher hat Tomtop es noch mal verschickt. Und es ist angekommen wie beschrieben, gut verpackt und mit dem Looper bin ich auch zufrieden. Gerne wieder!
