Recently bought a DVR. Low price, but only for the first product. After 20 days received your order. Instead of fixing the "sucker" came the Scotch - the description does not match. Can't confirm receipt of the order. There is no such function. Support is not responding.There is no support. I do NOT recommend this store. I will no longer shop at this store.

I bought some stuff on ebay (DEC 2016) from TOMTOP company. In Spain Warehouse, I never got my order so I opened a dispute with ebay, seller told me he would re send the stuff but that ebay would not let him if i did not close the case first... Well I was so naive to believe him... Tomtop never gave me my money back, never gave me a refund and wont answer my emails. They stole 70$ from me.

I've ordered a number of different items from Tomtop - electronics, musical equipment and hiking gear, to list a few. The descriptions have been detailed and accurate, and the items have been exactly as described. The quality of the items has been good, and prices very reasonable. Postage has been prompt.
I ordered the bass guitar kit to build and finish it on my own. I was amazed at how quickly the box arrived from TOMTOP (a few days) with everything as advertised. However, there were no instructions on how to put the thing together. So I emailed support asking for their help. They immediately sent back a PDF of instructions which, unfortunately, was printed in Chinese. I was able to go on google and get the PDF translated enough that it was usable, although not as complete as I would have liked. But, overall, I am very pleased with the results of my dealing with TOMTOP and have no reservations at all.
I am waiting for my priority shipping order over two weeks now. Nobody ever answers my emails, which brings me here.
Apparently- after reading few feedbacks - you get very lucky if you receive your order at all! And then I read no refunds and very useless service.? I mean I am disappointed. I thought what a buy I made. Not really. Sorry will not be back.

The worst tech support I've seen in stores in the Internet, more than two weeks and I'll wait my item purchased from warehouse Spain and i paid more for shipping it to arrive within 3-5 days, and so far I have not received anything since more than two weeks, i wrote more than 5 letters to support in Email, but unfortunately there is no response, more than 7 times I went to the chat site TomTop and when I'm just asking them to tell me (wait a few days), then end the chat without any help At last had contact in the chat told me there are logistical error and needs time to investigate and shut down chat rooms, knowing I have a tracking number, but i do not know where I put the tracking number, unfortunately, very poor company in technical support with customers and not have the sincerity with the customer.

Answer: Simple answer is NO they will not refund your purchase. Doesn't matter what the reason is. Best bet is to go through your Credit Card if you can - I'm assuming you haven't purchased item yet. My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.

Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP.
