I bought a backpack on a Sunday and paid for the priority shipping which states 1-3 days since I was going to fly out that week and wanted to use it that same week. When it finally shipped, I called FedEx to get an estimated time of arrival, and they told me that the package was sent through regular service, not expedited and that I would not get it on time. I emailed Tomtop, one week later and still no response. I tried the chat many times and it failed to work until today when I finally could get in contact with them. They were of no help, simply saying that the fact they shipped it with FedEx and not USPS justified the extra charge and made it priority. Then, in the middle of the chat, they just stopped answering, I truly doubt it had anything to do with the connection, they simply chose to ignore me. Customer service after a purchase is non-existent with this site.
It is a nice bit of gear and will serve me well. Electronics kit and clocks intrest me. Also, they sell a lot of other interesting things :)
Bad experience... I bought two items before Christmas, both items are defective and 3 months later I still have not gotten a response from tomtop, they do not respond to emails, the assistance chat always goes out. Not recommended to buy in this online store

For years I have been buying things through Internet, and I hate it sometimes. It gets me where I do not need to go, but Im tired of visiting online shop all the time. It's annoying that I have to spend so many times in order to buy different electronic gadgets. Even when they had been so dispersed. I know now in a few seconds Ill just end up buying everything in one place, Tomtop online shop.
I have finally decided that I am not going to visit many online shops anymore. I have decided to buy only in Tomtop. Something economical? I have so many choices that I dont even know where to begin. I am not sure if I will be able to make the decision on my own. I don't have a lot of money either, so I probably don't have many options but I will get what I want.
This site has the best products, service, quality, customer service for the price and would order again.

As soon as you realize you are being scammed file a complaint with pay pal then call pay pal and have them file a claim if they cannot furnish proof that the item is being sent to you in 10 days pay pal will refund you. Also contact your bank and file a claim with them about the scam they are running one way or another we will beat these scammers. Next file a complaint with the Better Business bureau. I am currently in this process good luck to you all. Tomtop is obviously trolling this page to burry the real comments don't be fooled
