Have order a mobile about 5-6 week ago still not delivered to me and customer support is worst ever i have seen in my life.
This is my first tomtop order and it's very bad experience for me to shop with TOMTOP

Tomtop is one of the trusting site and their service also is excellent which item we will order the same item will receive in that there is no doubt and the items which they display on the site it is one of top quality product's, and good customer Support, if we complaint regarding any issues on mail in no time we will receive the satisfaction answer.

They offer a wide variety of products at great prices. I especially like their choices in lighting products. Shipping is free.

Fine chinese shop. Right now they are quite new but they are reliable. By now i got two orders made to this shop on expensive items and both arrived fine. They are doing a great job opening alternatives to the most knowed shops.

Ordered a pair of G15-DLP 3D glasses for my BenQ W2000 projector. Works like a charm. Fast delivery from Asia as well. And the price was about 1/4 of Norway

I bought at TOMTOP and recommend the store, it has a partnership with Ebax in Brazil which gives more security to the business as well.

Update - They have responded, the order has been dispatched. Now hoping the order comes as it is supposed to. If it does, will update the review and give them another star, because it is still within acceptable date range.

This site has many various items, electronics, musical instruments, gardening, just name it. The prices are great and shipping is usually free.

Continue to wait... no communication from company, no response to e-mails, no answers the phone. Automated responses from Facebook messenger, auto bots on this site, a feel totally disrespected as a consumer. They have had my money since the 8th and it my order just sits in processing!

Do not buy. Item is not beige. It is tan. Not made from the same material as the car. Cheap weird plastic
