The site has a huge selection of jewelry - more than 50,000! As you understand, it is impossible to maintain such a large warehouse of high-quality jewelry. They just collect photos from various Chinese suppliers.

And then they send jewelry without even checking the quality. Although they promise a quality product.

But is it quality when broken jewelry arrives? Dropped crystals, a few goods just broke in the hands, scratches everywhere.

Very disappointed!

I made a purchase, a big one. I dedicated hours to find the things that I want to order. The shipping costs was high (about 30+ €) but I paid and made the order anyway. The next day I found an email from them that said their shipping company is DHL and have extra import taxes that was also high(20-30% of order amount). Obviously, I couldn't afford this high shipping costs and extra import taxes, so I told them I want to cancel the order and get a refund. Their answer was "Yes but there is a fee about 4.5% of order amount". Of course I asked them why but I didn't get a satisfied answer.
So, I wasted hours for finding the things that I wanted, I paid them, they didn't even prepare my order and charged me for something that their site should mention before the payment was complete.
I lost my money for no reason.
Don't recommend it!
