Their level of unprofessionalism is astounding. I never received my package initially, I submitted 5 requests to Tobi, in which nobody responded, so finally I reached out on Instagram. After being redirected to another Instagram account, someone eventually responded saying it was being held up at USPS and they could not do anything, not even tell me which USPS I had to contact to get my package. Eventually after submitting and waiting on a redeliver request that went nowhere, I visited 3 USPS's and I got my package. Finally when I open my package, which I received almost a month after Tobi says it was delivered, I see the wrong items in there. Then I am told they cannot send me the item I ordered and I will have to return the wrong item. In communicating with the customer service agent he is not only rude but extremely unhelpful as well.

Tobi attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

So disappointing... I shopped here in the past and have returned things and received my money back. I had no clue they changed their return policy. I just sent back $150 of merchandise and no have useless store credit. Never, never shopping here again.

Awful experience

It says free shipping free returns. WRONG. Don't do it. Not only did the item shipped come with a ugly white stain, it looked nothing like the photo. The quality was just awful. On top of that they give you STORE CREDIT ONLY. And they charge you for the shipping so you don't even get your full refund. They took forever about a month to process my refund in the first place, then give you the same copied pasted email run around. Horrible company. I've been emailing 12+ emails back and fourth and they r just the worst. I had heard good things in the past but I guess they have changed.

Like others said, you return an item and they keep your money. Never ever had an experience like this. I'm going on 4 months and am still waiting on the $100 they owe me for my refund. I'm putting a complaint into the Better Business Bureau. This can't be legal. I would never ever shop here again. There are plenty of other online retailers who actually respect their customers and the transactions between them.

Decided to shop here because i saw several youtubers recommending it. Not only did i receive the wrong dress, spent hours trying to contact them, and provided photo evidence for THEIR MISTAKE, but am expected to pay for international shipping in order to receive my refund. Please do not shop here! Am extremely upset and anxious because of this experience.

Worst Customer Service

This is actually the first review I have ever written about anything, I just could not let this go. I have had two awful experiences with Tobi in regards to how they handle returns. First time, I sent a couple items back, a month later noticed they had not yet refunded my account, took about 4 emails of just receiving the automated response until someone finally got back to me. Received my refund almost 4 months later. I let that go. This time, they sent me the wrong dress, so I immediately sent it back and tracking showed they received it. I was not as patient this time, so for a little over a month now I have sent a total of 3 emails to their *******@tobi.com just begging for a response or update. Finally got one back today and the representative Dan J. Was so rude! I have actually seen his name mentioned in other negative reviews, so how this person still has a job amazes me, but then actually not really, because Tobi doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I've ordered from several online stores and I have never experienced anything as slow and careless as Tobi's customer service team. Just save yourself the headache, because they don't care. Shop elsewhere!

Absolute garbage.

This company is ridiculously unprofessional and flawed in so many ways. I would love nothing more than to give this company negative stars. I placed an order July 15 and received it July 17, returned EVERYTHING by July 19 because their policy stated free return shipping and a full refund if the items are returned within ten days of arrival. (They are very quick to take your money, but refuse to give it back). I spent over $200 on dresses for a wedding but none of them fit. Apparently this changed DURING my order because they are now telling me I can only receive store credit. I've sent about six emails to their "customer service" but have not received a response. Did not receive my unwanted store credit of a "refund" until Aug 8. That's almost a month later. I have found and screen shotted multiple evidence of a refund but no one has acknowledged their faults. To top that off, there is no address, phone number, or customer surveys, which tells me they could give two shots less about customer satisfaction, they know the company is a scam, and don't feel like dealing with it. I don't understand how anyone could be happy with just store credit when it takes a month to get any type of response. Avoid at all cost, please do yourself this favor.

So Disappointed

They advertise free returns which sounds great but it's such a lie. I returned something back in April (now August) and still have not been refunded. I have emailed them several times and continue to get the same automated message. This place is such a scam and I recommend that no one buys anything from this place. So disappointing, I got ripped off and now have to get my bank involved.

After 26+ emails with Tobi, assuring me that I was in step 2 of the return ad would receive my refund within another 2 weeks (3 months had passed so far).,, I still did not have the refund. I contacted them again to no avail. I decided to contact my credit card company and we started a dispute. They took information such as date I returned the item, tracking numbers, date Tobi received the item and descriptions of the items. I received my full refund within 48 hours. Never purchasing from Tobi again. I don't know what this company is about, but I know that I had very bad experience and would never buy from them again.

Total scam company. Do not waste your money on their clothes. I purchase online a lot and subsequently have to return items. I have never experienced a company like Tobi, that clearly has no intention of providing me or any customer with a refund, despite using the proper channels to return the item (in a timely manner). They do not have a phone number so you must communicate via email. Well, I have had over 26 emails back and forth with them about 1 refund (that is never coming). They continue to assure me that the refund is coming and then lose all of my information only for me to begin again with them and they magically find my information again and reassure me they are very backed up this time year but the refund is coming. Complete fraud. Total scam. My credit card company even flagged them as fraud originally. I am disputing the charges.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I returned an item over a month ago. I followed up with customer service a week or two after UPS said Tobi received my return and did not hear back from customer service until a month later. To which they told me my return was still 'in transit' to them, which is a complete lie as I have the tracking information to prove they received it over a month ago.

I placed an order on May 4,2019. I was bait and switched. The order I received looked nothing like the order I placed. It took 3 emails, 1 social media message, and 2 weeks later for someone to respond to me. 8 weeks later and I still have not received my refund or my original item. Their customer service is unbelievably slow and incompetent. I would not recommend Tobi. It is not worth the hassle. I would not order from them again.

Being bait and switched is illegal. I have not received my refund. They are scamming customers and this is FRAUD.

TOBI IS A SCAM!

Do not waste your time with Tobi! I received a dress treat was damaged/preworn. Whatever the case, the sequence on the dress look like CRAP! Tobi will not take the return because the dress was marked "final sale."
I am also waiting on a returned shipping label for a return. I have read awful reviews about not getting your money back on a return so I may just try and alter the dress I was inquiring on returning.
The other items I purchased lack quality. Do not waste your time and money with Tobi!

Used to be a good company but now terrible. Terrible quality and they've been changing their return policy to make it harder to return. Now (May 2019) they ONLY have store credit! This is not how it was Oct 2018! This wasn't clear! I'm livid!

Along with hundreds of reviewers Tobi stole my money when they failed to complete a refund. I spent hundreds of dollars on the website, knowing I would return some of it, but that's how online shopping goes. I read the return information on their website and thought it would be alright. I wish I had read reviews first.

Who wants to get in on a class action lawsuit? They are legit criminals and I think there is a case here.

I've been trying to contact them so many times about a refund that they promised me, and no replies back! It's funny because when I contacted them about an order question, they were so quick to reply but when it came to refund inquiries, no reply back at all. It's been almost a month since they received my package and still have not heard back. It's frustrating when there is no phone number to contact them either. Who knows if they are seeing emails or choosing to ignore because they don't want to give you your money back. Bunch of scammers. This is my first time refunding anything from here so this is the first horrible experience with them.

My daughter ordered three dresses from various dress companies, Tobi being one of them. We mistakenly returned one of the dresses that she ordered to Tobi that was from the other company. We immediately contacted Tobi, sent them the tracking number and the mode of return (USPS). We told them we would pay shipping. They sent us an email response weeks later stating that they weren't going to return the dress to us. No explanation. They stole our dress. I'm livid. I am contacting the BBB.

Tobi.com is fast fashion. Much like fashionova, prettylittlething, etc. if you do your research you're not going to get the top quality clothes from an online store that is constantly giving 50 - 60% off. Comes with the territory and I'm okay with that. That being said, I've ordered hundreds of dollars of clothes from them that needed to be returned and have gone MONTHS without hearing back from them. I also had a necklace that I wore for only ONE HOUR that broke instantly. I'm super gentle with my jewelry, so there's no reason why this necklace would've broken. Really disappointed. I've emailed customer service multiple times, no response. It finally took me going to their very public Instagram multiple times for them to even respond to my DMs, which THEY commented and told me to send to them. Ridiculous. On top of that, they saw my Instagram DM and didn't respond for hours later. I spent hours trying to work it out over Instagram DM. Unprofessional. They said that someone was on it via email... but no one had ever reached out to me. Miraculously after the DM fiasco was over I received my refund 5 days later but did not get an email saying I was going to get it. I won't be shopping from Tobi.com again.
