I ordered and paid for a E gift Card. It was to be delivered in 24 hours. It has now been 5 days. I have sent an email. No answer to my enquiery. My credit card has been charged however.
I'm a long-time customer, going back to the Frog Bra days and singing a holiday jingle when calling to place an order. I think their products have always been a bit too high priced and the shipping/returns lame, but their selection, the supportive sports bras they've carried, and the fact that they're independent and woman-founded have kept me coming back. Their customer service used to be good as well, but it's been in serious decline of late, to the point that I don't think I want to be their customer any longer. The examples are too numerous to mention, unfortunately. But they have introduced me to some great brands and I've started shopping directly from those brands, where they actually have customer service.
They charge a very significant fee to return items and don't allow for exchanges so you're just out...kept 12% of my money! There are plenty of other retailers to purchase active ware and I'd go there!
I purchased a shirt w/them & it was so unflattering. The price was expensive, too. The cost to send it back was a rip-off, too! And then don't get me started on how long it took to get the item back to them. When I contacted them after a couple of times w/no reply, they finally responded w/ it will be a few weeks to get your money back on your credit card. What a shi**y company! I would NEVER do business w/them again! This company SUCKS!
The swim top I wanted was out of stock
So they suggested a few similar ones
And they discussed the sizes and styles
With me. We ordered 4, one in 2 sizes.
One size fit on the best one and it was
Also on sale. It had the option for
Regular straps or cross, which I don't
Like. I need support and the light padding
Was perfect.
They make many suits for customers who
Can't wear skimpy bikinis. Cater to women
With active lifestyles or just swimming
Nearly impossible to find a top like this
And the shorts type bottom I already
Had is comfortable and dries quickly
Couldn't be happier
I have supported this company for a long time but no longer will. I recently made a purchase and had to talk with three customer service people to get what should have been a very simple refund corrected. Not worth it to purchase from this company since their customer service is so poor. Most of the products on their site can be purchased elsewhere.
I purchased 3 items from Title 9 clothing. Two of the items didn't fit. I returned the items. I had to pay $16 for shipping for items that didn't fit. For a mostly on-line retailer, whose items you cannot try on in stores, they should offer free returns for items that don't fit. I will not be shopping at Title 9 in the future.
Ordered a dress for travel and two weeks later I am informed they "oversold " the product and would not complete the order. The kicker is the exact same sress is still showing as "available " on the webpage. Too late now to order something else. Bought another dress and they sent it in a different print than ordered, in fact one that wasn't even offered when I ordered. Either poor oversight on their site or another case of "overselling " and hoping to get away with sending something else. Also, shipping takes forever. 5-7 business days takes 3 weeks. My package traveled back and forth to the same two cities three times before finally coming here. For top dollar prices, it is a poorly run company. Look elsewhere.
Great, thicker fabric that washes very well. Yes, I throw them in the dryer. The pockets are a side slit, no zipper like the Original Dream Skort! This solid (I own in 4 colors) fits just slightly smaller and is barely 16"! I'm tall so I much prefer the Original Dream skort with zip pockets and an extra 1/2" in length! It does lay smooth!
Really frustrated with this company. I have purchased about $500 worth of clothing and love my items but when I returned two items, I never received a refund. I contacted Title Nine twice and they said they refunded my credit card but they did not. I'm hoping to get it resolved but I should not have to spend this much time and aggravation.
I ordered two items from Title Nine. I like one, it didn't fit, and the other didn't match the photo closely; the fabric was a big disappointment. Here's why it was, to me, a big hassle to return items with them: 1. Naturally, there's a charge to return items. $$$. Also, returning was inconvenient. 2. I couldn't drop off the return at my neighborhood UPS location, the Post Office is nowhere near my house, not a convenient location and always a line. 3. The whole refund process is super slow. Be prepared for it to take a long time before the credit shows on your credit card. (details and photos of emails below).
Personally, I'm shopping elsewhere where it's easier to make a return.
Personally, I'm
On May 27th I received an email that they'd process the return in 2-3 days. Then, today, 20 days later, saying they just received my package with their slow return mail and it will be another 7-14 days before the return is process.
It's fine to have to charge for shipping, but don't pick a slow transit. Most/many popular online retailers ship for free and/or charge a bit to ship something a bit quicker. That is why they charge a fee. Title 9 charges shipping for slow shipping and then charges MORE for more items (no free shipping ever!). THEN THEY CHARGE FOR RETURNS. Skip this retailer.
Ok, I love their catalogs, lol. I ordered a top on 1/27/22 and I just called to check on the status (3/7/22.) I think their product is great, although very expensive but the shipping is terrible. This is not the first time that I've experienced this with this company.
I recently discovered that Title Nine is one of the only US-based retailers carrying a hard-to-find Scandinavian brand. I was looking for the SK Hoop Wingspan Down Anorak that is sold out everywhere which Title Nine had in-stock and discounted which seemed too good to be true. So, I researched Title Nine reviews which, as you can see, are quite negative. Since the product I wanted was sold out everywhere else, I took a chance. I placed my order over this past weekend and sprang the $36 for next-day delivery which arrived today as expected. Based on this experience, I've been pleasantly surprised and would buy again from Title Nine again.
Ordered an item on Dec 12. Delivery promised by 9 pm on Dec 24. Come to find that Title Nine has delegated this to UPS, which has in turn delegated it to the Post Office, which most certainly does not deliver at 9 pm. Updated info states that the item will be delivered by 9 pm on Dec 27. Same problem, and nobody takes responsibility.
Your products used to be good. Size not right, I also was charged $102.00, and was charged $7.50 to return item that said it was $89.00 and credited amount $81.00. Hello Amazon or any other place with free shipping and returns. So sad, really used to love your products.
Most everything on T9 is available from REI, a co-op with far better environmental practices, and ofter better prices. REI and other outdoor retailers provide more info about the products - for example, the manufacturer, which T9 routinely hides to make it more difficult for customers to shop around.
T9's pitch is the great outdoors but their marketing practices are destroying it. Women-owned or not, such hypocrisy is unacceptable.
The catalogs. They're relentless, and good luck stopping them. T9 ignores catalogchoice.org and DMA filings. I mistakenly bought one item from T9 in 2016, got a wave of catalogs, FINALLY got off that list.
Then they tracked every USPS change of address, so further waves, each of which have taken multiple steps to cancel.
Every time, a promise that they'll never ever send me another catalog. I'll never be shed of T9 catalogs, nor will you if you get on their list.
I've tried in the last couple of years to buy clothing and I really want to support this business because first and foremost, it's run by women and they do a spectacular job curating their line of outdoor clothing but every time I've ordered the shipping is so slow and customer service is lacking.
I would say count on a minimum of 3 weeks to receive your item. For the price it's not worth it. I might shop this line if there was a store anywhere close to me but their online presence isn't meeting the standard it should.
My life is better wearing my title. There pockets are hidden some of my dresses are 8 years old. I love my life wearing title 9
I am unsure as to how to correct an issue when I keep repeating the same thing over again. I feel like I am talking to children less than 6 years old. I order a product, receive the wrong product, pay to ship back, and get another wrong product, and pay to ship back, over and over again, now we are on the 3rd order of incorrect clothing. I am returning the product, getting money back for it, and I will have lost $24 on shipping costs and received NOTHING for my time, labor, research time on their site and shipping costs. Don't waste time/labor or money here, it's not worth your personal loss of revenue.
