Search tools great, evaluation tools great for the purchase of new tires. Road Hazard experience was very difficult. It was not clear that different sign on is used. The claim portal, was very difficult to finally get signed in. Once you are signed in the process is not that bad. I called the claim portal and they picked up quickly, which is a plus. The rep was patient with me which was good.
